Using data from the 2006 Manpower Utilization Surveys and Disabled Citizens Living Demand Survey , this paper examines the wage discrimination of the people with the disability in Taiwan by using the Oaxaca-Ransom(1994)decomposition . The result indicates that, there are the wage differentials that cannot be explained with the measurable factors between the non-disabled and disabled .In addition, I also perform a similar analysis to estimate the unexplained differentials between the full-time workers and part-time workers. I find that, the part-time workers of the disability have the higher unexplained differentials than the full-time workers of the disability. The results are worth taken into consideration for labor policy of the people with the disability by the government.
