山菅蘭地上部之化學成分研究

摘要


山菅蘭地上部( The aerial part of Dianella ensifolia)為百合科多年生草本,又名桔梗蘭,生於海拔1500公尺以下的山野雜草中,分布於廣東、廣西、福建、台灣等地。其根和葉具有毒性特性,引發對此種植物的研究興趣。 我所要研究的山菅蘭地上部,用甲醇浸泡得到萃取物後,利用矽膠管柱進行分離、高效液相層析儀及再結晶等方式進行下一步的分離純化。得到純的化合物再利用氫核磁共振圖譜、碳核磁共振圖譜、紅外線光譜與質譜來推測其結構,若推測的結構經化學資料庫查詢為已知化合物,則比較其相對文獻確定其結構。若為新化合物,則要進行二維核磁共振圖譜實驗來確定其真正的結構。 本實驗由山菅蘭地上部經分離純化共鑑定得到51個化合物,分類為: 一、類黃酮類(Flavonoids)化合物15個 二、芳香族類(Aromatics)化合物17個 三、色酮類(Chromones)化合物2個 四、查耳酮類(Chalcones)化合物2個 五、木酚素類(Lignoids)化合物1個 六、三萜類(Triterpenoids)化合物4個 七、固醇類(Steroids)化合物4個 八、其他類(Others)化合物6個 其中有5個為新化合物,2個為從天然物首次分離得到的化合物。

The aerial part of Dianella ensifolia(L.)DC. is herb pereannial, distributed in the brushwood of the mountain below altitudes of 1500 meters. Its sap is poisonous and can not be eaten. However, the smashed mixture of its stems and roots can be directly used as medicine for treating tinea, therefore we want to study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Dianella ensifolia. The methol extract from the aerial part of Dianella ensifolia was concentrated to give a residue which was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The ethyl acetate layer was separated by column chromatography on silica gel, preparative thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to give fifty-one compounds. Of these compounds, five compounds are new and two compounds are isolated for the first time from natural sources.The total compounds were classified to fifteen flavonoids, fifteen aromatics, two chromones, two chalcones, one lignoids, four triterpenoids, four steroids, and eight others. The known compounds were identified by spectral analysis and compared with those reported in literatures or authentic samples. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by spectral evidence including 1D and 2D techniques.
