菇蕈多醣對點帶石斑魚非特異免疫反應及抗病力的影響

摘要


本論文分成四個主要的部分,希望透過不同的研究評估菇蕈葡聚多醣對於點帶石斑非特異免疫反應與抗病力的影響。菇蕈葡聚多醣可以透過口服的模式調節生物體免疫能力,所以目前已成為重要的免疫調節物質。本論文使用靈芝與裂褶菌兩種葡聚多醣,經過初步的評估可以有效調節石斑魚免疫機能,提高對溶藻弧菌攻擊的保護能力。同時當兩種菇蕈葡聚多醣以等比例混合時,對石斑魚免疫調節的成效較單一菇蕈葡聚多醣有顯著提升。為了瞭解菇蕈葡聚多醣對於點帶石斑現場養殖的應用成效,使用市售的複方菇蕈葡聚多醣產品,在確認其免疫調節能力與抗病力後,針對石斑魚中間育成與後端養成過程進行完整的田間應用評估。結果發現使用複方菇蕈葡聚多醣產品可以有效提高石斑魚中間育成的育成率,而在為期十個月的後端成魚育成中也發現,使用複方菇蕈葡聚多醣產品可以有效提高石斑魚成魚產量。這樣的結果說明:菇蕈葡聚多醣是石斑魚生產過程中優異的免疫調節物質,不但具有顯著的免疫調節與保護能力,同時可用於商業化飼料生產中應用,減低目前石斑魚養殖業者藥物濫用與疾病感染的困擾,減少養殖生物因疾病死亡導致產量降低的困境。

The dissertation is divided into four main parts to assess the efficacy of using mushroom beta-glucan on innate immune responses and disease resistance on grouper Epinephelus coioides. Mushroom beta-glucan can be an immunomodulation by oral, so has now become an important immunomodulatory substances. In this dissertation, the Ganoderma lucidum and S Schizophyllum commune beta-glucan, after a preliminary assessment of grouper can effectively regulate innate immune responses; improve disease resistance to protect against attacks. At the same time when mixing two mushroom beta-glucan in equal proportions, the effectiveness of the immunomodulation and diseases resistance were batter than using a single mushroom beta-glucan. In order to use the mushroom beta-glucan in grouper aquaculture, using mushroom beta-glucan mixture product after confirming its ability to regulate the immune responses and disease resistance. The results showed that the use of the mushroom beta-glucan mixture can effectively improve the survival rate during grouper cultured. Such results suggest that: mushroom beta-glucan is an excellent immunomodulatory for grouper, not only has significant immune regulation and protection, while for commercial feed production applications, reducing the current grouper aquaculture industry of drug abuse and disease infection plagued reduce farming cause of death from disease of the plight of lower yields.
