摘要

在全球經濟環境普遍受挫下，重慶的快速成長受到各界高度關注，甚至將重慶之成功改革冠上「重慶模式」之名號。本文以Rosenstein and Rodan (1943)提出的「大推動理論」，來印證時任重慶市委書記的「薄熙來」，在職期間政府的作為對於重慶發展的重要性，並更進一步以Murphy, Shleifer and Vishny (1989)所建構的四個模型，論述與剖析「重慶模式」的內容與成功經驗。最後，討論重慶政府規劃建設的兩江新區、西永微電子產業園區與兩路寸灘保稅港區之設置與成效，也是印證政府角色對經濟發展影響的重點；並且透過重慶兩江新區與天津濱海新區的比較，來分析重慶的相對優勢與未來發展性。

I use "The Big Push Theory" which is creative by Rosenstein and Rodan (1943) to improve the importance in the role of local government for Chongqing’s development. Further, by using Murphy, Shleifer and Vishny’four model (1989), I discuss and analyze the connotation of "Chongqing Model" and its successful experience.Finally, I discuss the establishment of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, and compare Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area to analyze the relative advantages and future development of Chongqing.
