摘要

本研究將探討如何使用手機APP來協助忙碌的老師與家長，尤其面對新移民家長，即使在語言有隔閡的情況下，老師與家長仍可很容易達成互動。本APP實作一個 ”聯絡翻譯系統”，並提供以下三項創新功能。（一）透過電子聯絡簿裡的翻譯以及語料庫功能，使得雙方可以最貼近要表達的意思進行溝通，避免因翻譯錯誤造成誤會，而其語料庫的作用為使翻譯有一個說法可以做為依據，一邊分析案例一邊做最好的回應同時作為教育輔導的應用。（二）使用LUIS(Language Understanding Intelligent Service)的自動回應機器人去找到適當交談用語去做回應建議，適時幫助教師回覆家長的諸多問題；在對應家長回覆時能大幅減少老師回應所耗時間，當問題全命中時可以直接降低最多100%的時間（三）同時這些交流的過程紀錄都會使用xAPI的標準格式存放在資料庫，透過這些交流的過程紀錄分析，可以提供相關教育建議給老師與家長，也可以提供操作訊息給程式設計師，達成進一步的優化，最後透過Kmeans分群演算法來探討其所選擇的演算法的效益如何，發現可群聚的演算法可以使用同群的語料庫，不同群的演算法則是可以直接做個人化的優化。

This study explores how to use mobile APPs to assist busy teachers and parents, especially new immigrant parents, so that teachers and parents can easily interact with each other even in a language gap. The APP is a "contact translation system" and offers the following three innovative features. First , through the translation and corpus functions in the electronic contact book, both parties can communicate most closely what they want to express and avoid misunderstandings caused by translation errors. The corpus's role in making translation can be based on one argument can be taken as a basis Analysis of the case while doing the best response at the same time as the application of education counseling. Second, automated response robot using LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Service) to find the appropriate language to respond to suggestions, timely help teachers reply to many parents' questions,When responding to the parents,it can significantly reduce the teacher's response time, When it fully hits the problem, the time can be directly reduced by up to 100% .Finally ,at the same time these exchanges of process records will use xAPI standard format stored in the database, through the exchange of records of the process of analysis,it can provide relevant education advice to teachers and parents,Besiders,It can provide operational information to program designers to achieve further optimization. At last, Kmeans clustering algorithm is used to explore the benefit of the chosen algorithm. It is found that the clustering algorithm can be applied to the same group of corpus. However, the different groups of corpus can be directly applied to personalization optimization.
