摘要

我們成功的合成出綠色螢光蛋白質(Green Fluorescent Protein，GFP)中心發色團(chromophore) 4-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)-1,2-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-5(4H)-one (p-HBDI)的結構異構物4-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-1,2-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-5(4H)-one (o-HBDI)。o-HBDI擁有七員環氫鍵系統，以致激發態分子內質子轉移(Excited-State Intramolecular Proton Transfer，ESIPT)，放射605 nm的螢光。
