創業者的邂逅空間——以台北共作空間為例

摘要


資通訊快速發展的時代背景下,在改變傳統企業或組織集合式的工作模式的同時,資通訊也促使了跨域創新活動和知識交流的方式和空間都產生創新性的變革,因此對於工作場所的區位選擇、辦公空間都擁有更高的彈性化,從而衍生許多新型態的共作空間以及創業活動的產生。故觀察到此現象,本研究以台北市的共作空間作為探討對象,去理解近年來共作空間作為都市中創業者聚集的協作活動對於創業者在不同階段的創業活動中所產生的影響,藉此也試圖去回應有關共作空間與地理及非地理鄰近性、知識交流、社群氛圍等理論的關係。據此,本研究透過針對不同種類的共作空間進行參與式觀察,並且針對不同創業階段參與共作空間的創業者進行訪談,以利於理解創業者與不同類型的共作空間的互動關係。 透過以上的研究資料本研究發現,共作空間藉由地理鄰近性的特性能夠為不同階段的創業者在創業過程所需的空間與資源,並且透過辦公環境的空間安排與一系列的制度設計,聚集不同專業、不同創業階段的創業家在暫時性的共作空間中產生互動。同時在不同形式鄰近性的作用下,這類互動過程不僅有利於創業者面對面的知識交流與協作,甚至還能促使社群感的產生,使得創業者能夠相互建立情感以及信任的連結,開啟更多專案合作的可能。

In the context of the rapid development of information and communication, while changing the collective work mode of traditional enterprises or organizations, information and communication also promotes innovative changes in the way and space of cross-domain innovation activities and knowledge exchange. The location selection and office space are more flexible, resulting in the emergence of many new types of co-working spaces and entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, observing this phenomenon, this study takes the co-working space in Taipei City as the object of discussion to understand the impact of the co-working space as a collaborative activity of entrepreneurs gathering in the city on entrepreneurs in different stages of entrepreneurial activities in recent years. It also attempts to respond to the relationship between co-working spaces and theories of geographic and non-geographical proximity, knowledge exchange, and community atmosphere. Based on this, this study conducted participatory observations on different types of co-working spaces, and conducted interviews with entrepreneurs who participated in co-working spaces at different entrepreneurial stages, in order to understand the interaction between entrepreneurs and different types of co-working spaces. Through the above research data, this study found that the co-working space can provide the space and resources needed by entrepreneurs at different stages in the entrepreneurial process through the characteristics of geographical proximity, and through the spatial arrangement of the office environment and a series of institutional designs, Entrepreneurs from different majors and entrepreneurial stages are gathered to interact in a temporary co-working space. At the same time, under the influence of different forms of proximity, this kind of interaction process is not only conducive to the face-to-face knowledge exchange and collaboration of entrepreneurs, but also promotes the generation of a sense of community, enabling entrepreneurs to establish emotional and trusting connections with each other, opening up more The possibility of multi-project cooperation.
