美中貿易戰爭、COVID-19、全球氣候變化等混亂的國際局勢變動對世界經濟和全球供應鏈產生了影響,但由於半導體的需求增加,半導體產業反而有所增長。這種情況對韓國經濟重要的半導體產業會產生什麼樣的影響,而且重點放在世界主要半導體企業之一的三星面臨什麼樣的挑戰和威脅上。 本研究以三星為例,採用案例分析法收集並歸納了多方面的文獻,透過PEST分析和五力分析兩種行業分析模型探討三星在半導體工業中的位置及其優缺點。此外,透過分析國際形勢、人才外流及半導體相關市場、技術、競爭者等多種外部環境因素的影響,為持續保持三星在半導體產業優勢提供適當的戰略和方向。
Chaotic changes in the international situation, such as the U.S.-China trade war, COVID-19, and global climate change, have affected the global economy and global supply chain, but the semiconductor industry has rather grown due to increased demand for semiconductors. The focus should be on how this situation will affect the semiconductor industry, which is important to the Korean economy, and what challenges and threats it faces to Samsung, one of the world's major semiconductor makers. Using Samsung as an example, this study adopts a case analysis method to collect and induce various literature and discusses Samsung's position in the semiconductor industry and its advantages and disadvantages through two industrial analysis models: PEST analysis and Five Forces analysis. It also analyzes the impact of various external factors such as international situation, talent outflow, semiconductor-related market, technology, and competitors, and presents appropriate strategies and directions for Samsung to maintain its dominance in the semiconductor industry.
