摘要

女性與婚姻，是社會一直在討論的議題。婚姻，是人們視為人生中的一件大事，也是過去許多人在一定年紀後未來的走向，少有無婚姻狀態的少數人存在，而這些人也被冠上汙名化的封號。然而，在過去的工業時代中，有越來越多的人加入不婚的行列，在千禧年後的時代仍在增加當中，女性從家庭中的出走，也引發女性對婚姻的問號，因此，過去視為社會安定的婚姻制度產生變化時，未來的婚姻又是會朝向甚麼方向發展呢?在許多高成就女性不斷出現的今時代社會，婚姻中的權力也產生微妙變化，如透過她們的視角，台灣社會婚姻未來的可能性又是如何?
本研究採用半結構式訪談，分別訪談8位高成就女性，將訪談分析逐字稿後，透過其觀點並結合未來學方法，建構臺灣社會可能的婚姻未來。使用受訪者所認為影響婚姻未來的因素，發展女性在婚姻未來中的主、客體的轉換以及婚姻意義的轉變之未來圖像。

More and more people joined the Never-Marry Group after the millennial age.
When the industrial age came, women left their home and started to join the workforce which had drown a big question for these women if marriage really mattered. Marriage was regarded as a force to stabilize the society but it had a drastic change due to the progress of the society. Today, there are so many outstanding career
women and the power within marriage also has some changes. Through these women's point of view, we are given the answer some hints about the future trend of
marriage in Taiwan.
The research was conducted by through semi-structured interviews of eight high-achieving women. These interviewees’ perspectives were further analyzed
through futures methods. Possible futures of marriage include shifting men and women’s roles in marriage life thus to provide a picture of the changes in marriage
relationship.
