摘要

2013年受到大眾注目的是有關「食品安全」這個社會問題。經過新聞媒體的報導讓我們得知2013年台灣發生了一系列有關「食品安全」問題的相關事件，也就是說，食品安全能夠受到注意並被人們熱烈討論成為一個社會問題，是經過媒體這群操作者，經過一套篩選原則，決定食品安全成為這一段時間主要報導的議題，加上食品本來就是人們生活不可或缺的一環，因此當食品安全成為報導議題時，自然引起人們熱烈討論和注意，因而食品安全被建構成為一個社會問題。
　　本研究選定「毒澱粉事件」、「食用油造假事件」、「胖達人事件」此三個事件為本研究的研究對象，於文獻的部分首先探討食物對於人類的意涵，從中了解人類之於食物產生連結的部分；進一步，也藉由對於國內對於食品添加物的相關研究的整理，發現較少有研究從媒體的角度切入去談食品安全這個社會問題。
　　本研究進一步藉由敘事分析的角度中三個敘事因子「情節」、「角色」、「場景」逐一討論分析本研究的研究問題。研究結果發現，食品安全的問題是一直潛在的，而這次一系列的食安報導，媒體透過對食物的詮釋和述說，將人們對食物的想像塑造成階級的壓迫、道德區辨、安全與危機等想像，透過這些想像也同時建構了食品安全對大眾的意義，也將食品的安全問題變成一個大眾關注且熱烈討論的社會問題。

The subject cause public attention is the "food security" this social problem in 2013. We noticed the "food security" issues by media. In other words, food safety can become a hot issue is decided by media. Another reason is food always be a part of people's lives. So when the issue of food security has become stories, naturally aroused heated discussion and attention, and thus food security is constructed as a social problem.
This study selected "poison starch event", "edible oil fraud case", "fat Daren Event" This three events of the research study. First of all, this study tries to explore the meaning of food for humans and realize the connection between food and human. Furthermore, we also found that there is less talk from the media point of view of food safety through the past studies about Taiwan’s food security.
Based on narrative analysis, this study is separated into “plot”, “characterization” and “setting” these three parts to thoroughly discuss and answer the research questions. Study found that food safety issues has always been there, the media, through the interpretation of food and tell the people's imagination fashioned into the food class oppression, moral distinction, security and so on crisis imagination by this series of food safety reports. Media construct a food safety implications for the public by the imagination, but also the issue of food security into a heated discussion of public concern and social problems.
