摘要

本研究之目的在於了解從事處遇性侵害加害人之資深心理師的自我照顧經驗。研究者採用滾雪球取樣方式，邀請四位資深心理師參與此研究，並利用半結構化的訪談方式收集資料。本研究採取內容分析法分析訪談資料，研究結果分別以故事形式以及分析解釋結果來呈現。綜合本研究中四位研究參與者的自我照顧經驗，發現如下：從事處遇性侵害加害人之資深心理師的壓力源很多，包括個案可能再犯、心理師的安全問題、心理師的工作繁重、治療環境的困境、個案為高抗拒非自願性案主以及個案對於女性心理師的不友善，可從個人整體經驗看到各自承受的壓力為何，在這些壓力中資深心理師發展了多元的自我照顧經驗。資深心理師的自我照顧從覺察自我照顧的重要性開始，他們從事的自我照顧策略包括休息安排休閒娛樂、接受專業課程的滋養、尋找合適的情緒出口、與同儕相互交流、接受督導、持續的自我覺察、自我激勵。好的自我照顧能幫助心理師找回身心健康的平衡點，維持治療的品質，讓自己能在這個領域永續經營。最後，研究者依據研究結果，針對心理師、相關處遇單位以及未來研究提出建議。關鍵字：壓力、自我照顧、性侵害加害人

The purpose of this study was to explore the experience that case of sexual offenders engaged at a senior counselors’ self-care. Snowball sampling methods involving semi-structured interviews with four participants were employed in this study. The result was analyzed by the constant comparison method. The findings of the study are as followed:1.The senior counselors engaged in the treatment of sexual offenders have much stress , including cases which may recidivism, psychologists security issues, the heavy workload of psychologists, therapeutic environment dilemma, case for the high resistance to involuntary case subject and case for women psychologists unfriendly ,can be seen from the overall experience of each individual pressures are ,They had developed plural self-care experiences in these changes.2.The action of self-care began with being aware of the value of self-care. The self-　care strategies of the senior counselors included caring for emotion , receiving nourishment professional courses , finding the right emotional outlet, interact with peers, to accept supervision, continued self-awareness and self-motivation. Good self-care can help counselors balance back to maintain the quality of treatment, so that he can in this area keeping the clinical work continuously.Suggestions for counselors, counselor education and future research were offered.
