迴流效應於平板型薄膜萃取器的解析解與實驗之研究

摘要


本研究主要是討論薄膜萃取系統並導入回流系統之解析解研究,可分為理論分析與實驗兩大部分。理論部份是針對共軛格拉茲問題的薄膜萃取系統進行理論分析,利用分離變數法、正交展開法及特徵函數以及數解展開來求得系統中的二維濃度分佈式。本文假設流體於兩平行板間的流體視為性質均勻之不可壓縮流體完全展開之速度分佈,忽略軸傳導,且流體物性不隨溫度改變,層流流動,進而去討論引入回流比、薄膜位置及水相溶液的體積流率的影響,其結果皆與二行程無迴流的狀況比較。結果顯示對於迴流比、薄膜位置及水相體積流率的增加,系統的萃取量也會隨之提升。 本研究亦同時設計平板型薄膜萃取器實驗,並將其結果與二維理論值做比較,結果顯示二維質傳數學模型具有相當的準確性。

The mass transfer efficiency of parallel-plate membrane extractor module with recycle is investigated theoretically and experimentally in this study. The analytical solution is obtained by using an eigen-function expansion in terms of the power series. The experimental works in flat-plate module are conducted to confirm the accuracy of the theoretical results. The theoretical predictions were represented graphically with the volumetric flow rate, flow pattern, recycle rate, and subchannel thickness ratio as parameters compared with those obtained by the experimental runs. The influences of the design and operation parameters on the mass-transfer efficiency enhancement are also discussed.
