資訊服務業的創新商業模式研究

The Study on the Innovative Business Model for the Information Service Industry

摘要


台灣資訊工業經過二十餘年來的發展與努力,資訊硬體工業已然在全球市場中佔有舉足輕重的角色,而繼續成為國家所規劃的策略性工業。然而,國內資訊服務工業的發展卻不如預期。但如何更有策略性地發展資訊軟體產業?台灣資訊軟體產業能夠成功的商業模式為何?這都是值得深入探討的策略議題。 希望資訊服務產業藉由本研究調查發現,服務產業的服務創新可以直接藉由商業模式的改變達成創新的效果,在策略上將服務創新與商業模式作一體兩面的概念連結。並針對商業模式的要素,分別由「價值定位」、「供應鏈」、「目標顧客」等三個方向,進行系統化方式建立可行性探討。 台灣未來幾年資訊服務產業仍將非常競爭,創新的商業模式是勝出的必要條件,本研究調查多數認為「雲端運算」未來是一個可行的商業模式,雖然需要一些內外在條件的配合,但應該是值得國內廠商思考的方向。

The Information Technology industry in Taiwan has become an indispensable part of the global market after more than two decades of development. This is particularly true for the IT hardware sectors, which continue to play a strategic role in Taiwan’s economic development. However, the IT software sector has poorly performed despite its parallel development with respect to the IT hardware sector and its reception of significant policy support. Focusing on the information service industry, the present research attempts to undertake an empirical study by analyzing the current situation and industry structure from which we could draw key successful strategy of the industry and discuss the difference among various business models. This study focusing on "business model “ is to develop a successful system for innovative strategy managemen. Key points in the research help managers get more understandings about the processes and essential factors which formulate a business model for company innovation. By analysing the steps and factors of the systematic business model , this research helps companies to build successful innovation strategies and practical commercialized applications. Another purpose of this study is also to analyze the feasibility of a systematic approach of a business model. This study sequentially examines this business model along the three key elements : “Value Proposition”, “Supply Chain”, “Potential Customer”. Taiwan's IT services industry will continue to be in the next few years very competitive ,the innovative business model is a necessary factor for winning. This survey study suggests that "cloud computing" is a viable business model in the future. No doubt we need some more co-ordination of internal and external conditions, it is worth for the domestic manufactures to think about the direction of development.
