本文研究蔬菜產銷班與農政單位之間的協力度與班組織績效是否具有相關性,其主要內容如下: 壹、建構本文的協力運作模型:蒐集並整理協力理論的國內外相關文獻,整理出協力的定義、形式以及運作模型,並且在深入閱讀之後,建構本文的「協力運作模型」,以補以往公私合夥(Public Private Partnerships, PPPs)模式及其理論的不足,並且用以觀察農政單位與農業產銷組織(班)之間的協力互動關係。 貳、測量農政單位與農業蔬菜產銷班之間協力關係的程度:再者,本文經由協力及夥伴關係的相關文獻,整理出測量協力度的六項指標並加以操作化,包括:(一)溝通;(二)承諾;(三)公平性;(四)能力;(五)信任程度;(六)相互尊重,來檢視蔬菜產銷班與農政單位之間,除了在法條形式上有合作之外,也有協力合作的關係。將協力程度視為自變項,班組織運作績效為依變項,測量協力程度高低與班組織運作績效間的相關性,用以證明協力互動的程度會影響到組織運作績效的高低,突顯協力的重要性。
The main theme of this essay is to analyze the relationship between vegetable production and marketing groups and agricultural departments. The main content includes as following: First, constructs the essay’s model of collaboration. By collecting domestic and international relevant documents of collaboration, it observes collaboration’s definition, forms and operation models. Besides, the paper constructs “the model of collaboration of this essay” in order to mend the past forming of Public Private Partnerships’ theory. And the model will be used to observe the interaction relations of vegetable production and marketing teams and agricultural departments. Secondly, this research measures the degree of collaborative relation between the agricultural departments as well as vegetable production and marketing groups, by using 6 indexes to measure the collaborative degree, including: (1) communication; (2) commitment; (3) fairness; (4) ability; (5) trust; (6) respect. It finds that vegetable production and marketing groups and agricultural departments not only have cooperative relation in law, but also collaborative relations. Collaborative degree was regarded as independent variable, and groups’ organizational performance was regarded as independent variable. It will measure the collaborative degree’s influence of the organizational performance and stress the importance of collaboration.
