原子轉移自由基聚合反應合成聚偏二氟乙烯接枝聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯之接枝共聚物(PVDF-g-PMMA)及其物性與掺合薄膜的探討

摘要


本實驗以原子轉移自由基聚合法 (Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization,ATRP)合成聚偏二氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF)與甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Methyl methacrylate , PMMA)之接枝共聚物(PVDF-g-PMMA)。利用紫外光-可見光吸收光譜儀(UV-Visible),探討不同變因對於觸媒系統的影響。合成後的產物以傅利葉紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)與核磁共振光譜儀(NMR)證明接枝共聚物的合成。將此接枝共聚物混掺PMMA後利用乾式成膜法製備薄膜,以熱重損失分析儀(TGA)及微分掃瞄熱分析儀(DSC)測量接枝混掺膜之熱性質的變化。進一步以索式萃取法製備多孔性薄膜後,以廣角X光繞射儀(XRD)、小角度X光散射儀(SAXS)與場發射電子顯微鏡(FESEM)探討薄膜的結構與物性。

The present research utilized PVDF and PMMA to synthesize graft copolymer by the method of atom transfer radical polymerization. Utilize ultraviolet visible spectrocomparator (UV-Visible) to characterize catalyst. The chemical structure and composition of graft copolymers was confirmed by FT-IR and NMR. The physical properties of graft copolymer were studied by using TGA, DSC, XRD, SAXS, FE-SEM.
