樟芝菌絲體提升抗氧化及調節血壓之功效

Increase in antioxidative activity and regulation in blood pressure by mycelia of Antrodia cinnamomea

摘要


樟芝又稱牛樟芝、牛樟菇或牛樟菌,其只生長在台灣本土的老齡牛樟樹上。根據文獻指出樟芝中含有腺苷及γ-胺基丁酸(GABA) 之活性成分,可能具有調節血壓的功效。本研究採用HPLC分析出樟芝菌絲體具有調節血壓之活性成分腺苷與GABA且發現樟芝菌絲體水萃粗萃物對血管收縮素轉化酶(ACE)的抑制率達到27.09%,並對於降低腎素活性達36.91%。因此本研究進而探討補充樟芝菌絲體對於血壓偏高的族群其血壓調節之情形。共募集48位血壓偏高的受試者隨機分成兩組,最後完成實驗者為41位。參與之個體是無服用降血壓藥之成年人(20∼65歲),收縮壓介於130∼160 mmHg,舒張壓介於85∼99 mmHg之受試者。連續食用樟芝菌絲體或安慰劑8週,每2週檢測血壓變化,並採血測定血糖、血脂、尿素氮、GOT、GPT等生化指標,做為觀察補充樟芝菌絲體是否具有體內血壓的調節潛力。結果發現連續食用樟芝菌絲體8週後,收縮壓及舒張壓有顯著的下降分別為10.01mmHg及5mmHg,並發現連續服用樟芝菌絲體4週後有顯著降低血漿腎素的活性;因此,服用樟芝菌絲體可能主要經由腺苷舒張血管內皮及抑制腎素而達到調節血壓之功效。

Antrodia camphorate (AC) also called Antrodia camphorata mushrooms, or Antrodia bacteria, only grows in the aging stout camphor tree of Taiwan. Many studies showed that adenosin and γ-amino butyric acid of AC may have the effect to regulate blood pressure. This study was focused on regulation of blood pressure. Firstly, we used HPLC analysis to find Antrodia camphorata of mycelia had active ingredients, in contain adenosin and γ-amino butyric acid, could regulate blood pressure. We also found water crude extracts of Antrodia camphorata of mycelia can inhibit of ACE activity 27.09% and reduce renin activity 36.91%. Furthermore, this study supplement Antrodia camphorata of mycelia to high blood pressure subjects. This was a randomized and placebo-controlled study, enrolled total 48 subjects with high blood pressure and finally completion study had 41 subjects. The subjects had no history of taking anti-hypertensive medications adults (20 to 65 years old), and the systolic blood pressure between 130~160 mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure between 85~99 mmHg in the trial. Each group took 3 granule of Antrodia camphorate mycelia or placebo per day during 8 weeks of administration period. Every two weeks to detect changes in blood pressure and collecd blood sampling, to determine blood sugar, blood lipids, blood urea nitrogen, GOT, GPT, and other biochemical markers. The results of this study found that continuous use Antrodia camphorate mycelia for 8 weeks, significant decrease 10.01mmHg and 5mmHg of systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively. Continuous taking Antrodia camphorata of mycelia after 4 weeks significantly reduced plasma renin activity. By the way, water extract mycelia could inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme of 27.09% and reduced renin activity of 36.91%. Therefore, taking Antrodia camphorata of mycelia could be down-regulate blood pressure.
