本研究探討企業導向學生校外實習能力評估以國立臺北科技大學電資學院為例。根據研究主題,蒐集國內外相關研究與書籍進行歸納分析;並將研究對象訂定為國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表48位、學生校外實習之輔導教師26位與參與校外實習的學生40位,研究方法採問卷調查法,以普查方式探討企業導向國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習前應具備及已具備之一般能力與專業能力,以描述性統計與重要表現分析與討論,獲得研究結果如下: 一、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表認為參與校外實習的學生於實習前應具備之一般能力項目為:持續學習的能力、認真負責的觀念、團隊合作的能力、積極主動的觀念及職場倫理的觀念。 二、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表認為參與校外實習的學生於實習前應具備之專業能力項目為:基本工具使用、儀器及相關設備操作的能力、電學基本概念的能力、邏輯推理的能力、基本資訊安全概念的能力、資訊技術概念的能力、基本工作安全概念的能力、閱讀技術報告的能力、解析實驗數據的能力、基礎科學理論的能力及電子技術概念的能力。 三、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習輔導之教師認為參與校外實習的學生於實習前應具備之一般能力項目為:認真負責的觀念、持續學習的能力、團隊合作的能力、積極主動的觀念、抗壓性、溝通的能力。 四、 國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習輔導之教師認為參與校外實習的學生於實習前應具備之專業能力項目為:資訊技術概念的能力、基本工作安全概念的能力、邏輯推理的能力、基本工具使用的能力、儀器及相關設備操作的能力、基本資訊安全概念的能力、解析實驗數據的能力、電學基本概念的能力、閱讀技術報告的能力及基礎科學理論的能力。 五、國立臺北科技大學電資學院參與校外實習的學生認為自己於實習前已具備之一般能力項目為:認真負責的觀念、積極主動的觀念、持續學習的能力、團隊合作的能力及職場倫理的觀念。 六、國立臺北科技大學電資學院參與校外實習的學生認為自己於實習前已具備之專業能力項目為:基本工作安全概念的能力、邏輯推理的能力、基本資訊安全概念的能力、基本工具使用、儀器及相關設備操作的能力、電學基本概念的能力、基礎科學理論的能力、閱讀技術報告的能力、資訊技術概念的能力、電子技術概念的能力及使用繪圖軟體的能力。 七、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表認為參與校外實習的學生「應具備而未具備」的能力項目有:職場倫理的觀念、使用繪圖軟體的能力、電子技術概念的能力與基礎科學理論的能力。 八、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表與輔導教師認為參與校外實習的學生「應具備但未具備」的能力項目有:職場倫理的觀念、觀察的能力與電子技術概念的能力。 九、國立臺北科技大學電資學院學生校外實習之機構代表和參與校外實習的學生認為參與校外實習的學生「已具備但未具備」的能力項目有:職場倫理的觀念與使用繪圖軟體的能力。
This study was assessment of enterprise-oriented student’s competency in internship program-taking the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology as an example. The study collected and analysized researches and literatures related to the study theme both home and abroad. 48 representatives of internship industries, 26 internship menters and 40 internship students of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the National Taipei University of Technology were taken as the study subjects. Through general questionnair survey, the study discussed what internship program of general and professional competency should the students have and what they already have before they conduct internship. After descriptive statistics and interval classifing, analyzing and discussing, the findings are shown as follows. 1.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship representatives of industries thought participate internship of students should have general competencies were: constant learning, conscientious view, teamwork competency, active attitude and employment ethics. 2.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship representatives of industries thought participate internship of students should have professional competencies were: basic safety consciousness in workplace of operating the common tools competency, basic concepts of electricity competency, logical reasoning competency, basic concepts of information security competency, perception on information technology competency, basic safety consciousness in workplace competency, read the technical report competency, analysis experimental data competency, basic science theory competency and competency of the concept of electronic technology. 3.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship mentors thought participate of internship students should have general competencies were: conscientious view, constant learning competency, teamwork competency, active attitude, stress-resistant competency, communication competency. 4.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship mentors thought participate of internship students should have professional competencies were: basic safety consciousness in workplace of operating the common tools competency, basic concepts of electricity competency, logical reasoning competency, basic concepts of information security competency, basic safety consciousness in workplace competency, read the technical report competency, analysis experimental data competency, basic science theory competency, competency of using plot saftwares. 5.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology participate of internship students already have general competencies were: conscientious view, active attitude, constant learning competency, teamwork competency and employment ethics. 6.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology participate of internship students already have professional competencies were: basic safety consciousness in workplace competency, logical reasoning competency, basic concepts of information security competency, basic safety consciousness in workplace of operating the common tools competency, basic concepts of electricity competency, basic concepts of electricity competency, basic science theory competency, read the technical report competency, perception on information technology competency, competency of the concept of electronic technology and competency of using plot saftwares. 7.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship representatives of the internship industries, the necessary competency students don’t have were employment ethics, competency of using plot softwares, perception on electronic technology and competency of basic scientific theory. 8.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship representatives of industries and the mentors, the necessary competency students don’t have were employment ethics, observing competency and perception on electronic technology. 9.According to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in National Taipei University of Technology Student’s Internship representatives of industries and participate internship students, the necessary competency students don’t have were employment ethics, and competency of using plot software.
