印後加工自動化設備業經營關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要

台灣經濟發展過程，在早期是以農業及手工業的生產方式，進步到目前的資訊化、現代化與自動化系統，設備代理與經銷是很特殊角色，在製造供應商與使用者間，提供產品引進、市場開發、銷售安裝、故障維修、技術升級、聯絡溝通、設備備援、後勤支援等功能，對於相關產業建立正確的經營方法及競爭策略，保持與國外原廠的和諧關係，並能維持與國內客戶的良好互動，提昇產品的競爭力及市場的佔有率，企業經營面對動態的競爭環境，企業所擁有的資源與優勢會隨環境變動而改變，企業必需正確及適當的應用資源與策略，掌握關鍵成功因素與競爭優勢，才能繼續成長與生存。
本研究以「印後加工自動化設備業經營之關鍵成功因素」，依據相關文獻探討，彙整出不同產業之關鍵成功因素，並以相關產業之企業經營者為對象，訪談8位業界主管，進行修正，彙整出3個關鍵構面及15個關鍵成功因素，並設計問卷，依產業28位高階經營主管之看法填寫問卷，並以AHP層級分析法，找出各構面及關鍵成功因素之相對權重，研究發現關鍵成功因素包括：系統穩定性、設備安全性、售後服務品質、資源整合、高層支持等，是印後加工自動化設備業經營的主要關鍵成功因素，提供企業經營及資源分配參考，增加競爭優勢，提升產業及市場的地位。

The research of this study is to find the key success factors for the after print-out automatic system market and industry. The distributors of equipments have played an important role while Taiwan promotes himself as a modern and automated country. They bring the marketing information, leading the products development, upgrading the technology, supporting the logistic, extending the marketing share and provide the best service to the suppliers and customers.
We have seen the significant growth of the after print-out automatic system in Taiwan. Thus it is important to know this market as well as what are the key factors to get this business successful. And what strategies have to take in order to keep the good relationship with suppliers and customers.
In the research perspective, I am trying to develop the successful model by reviewing the literatures and consulting 28 top managers, build up 15 key successful factors in the after print-out automatic system and get the relative weight of each factors by Analytic Hierarchy Process. The findings will provide decision-makers to allocate resources and make strategy based on the result to improve the market and industry.
