本研究旨在探討社團經驗對學生創業能力與創業潛能的影響。研究方法採用問卷調查法,將研究對象設定為國立臺北科技大學畢業校友與在校生,畢業校友以立意抽樣的方式,抽取128位創業家,獲得有效問卷42份,有效回收率為32.8%。在校生則採分層比例叢集隨機抽樣的方式,發放26個班級,共1274份問卷,獲得有效問卷876份,有效回收率為68.8%。統計方法為描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析,乃獲致以下結論: 就國立臺北科技大學畢業校友而言:有參加社團者對創業能力中的先備技能具有顯著的正向影響。而就國立臺北科技大學在校生而言:1.有參加社團者其創業潛能,顯著高於無參加社團者;2.有擔任社團幹部者其創業潛能顯著高於無擔任社團幹部者;3.社團資歷達3年(含)以上者其創業潛能顯著高於社團資歷未達1年者;4.在社團活動中,有社團經驗者,其創業潛能顯著高於無社團經驗者;5.家庭經濟狀況達3萬(含)以上者對創業潛能皆具有正向影響,且以家庭經濟狀況達18.6萬(含)以上者具有最大的正向影響;6.有工讀經驗者對創業潛能皆具有正向影響,且以達1年(含)以上者對創業潛能具有較大的正向影響;7.就讀設計學院者及修習創新與創業學程者,對創業潛能具有顯著的正向影響。
This research aimed at the effects of student clubs experiences on students’ entrepreneurial competency and capability. As for the research method, questionnaire survey was employed. The alumni and undergraduates of National Taipei University of Technology were set as the research object. Purposive sampling was conducted to alumni, where 128 entrepreneurs were chosen. This research got 42 valid questionnaires, with the effective response rate being 32.8%. For undergraduates, stratified proportional cluster random sampling was conducted. A total of 1274 questionnaires were distributed to 26 classes, with 890 questionnaires returned. This research got 876 valid questionnaires, with the effective response rate being 68.8%. The statistical methods include descriptive statistics, one-sample t test, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. It made the following conclusions. For alumni of National Taipei University of Technology: Those with student clubs experience has significant positive effects on the preparation skills of entrepreneurial competency. And, for undergraduates of National Taipei University of Technology: 1. The entrepreneurial capability of undergraduates who acted as student clubs cadre is significantly higher than that of undergraduates who didn’t. 2. The entrepreneurial capability of undergraduates who had been in student clubs for more than 3 years or above is significantly higher than that of undergraduates who had been in student clubs for less than 1 year. 3. The entrepreneurial capability of undergraduates who had experience in design activities, fundraising activities, liaison with other schools, word processing, financial management or competitions outside school is well above that of undergraduates who didn’t. 5. A family income of more than 30000 NTD (including) has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial capability, and a family income of more than 186000 NTD (including) had the maximum positive effects on entrepreneurial capability. 6. Experience in part time jobs has positive effects on entrepreneurial capability, and more than 1 year (including) experience had larger positive effects on entrepreneurial capability. 7. Attending School of Design and taking courses in innovation and entrepreneurship has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial capability.
