放射科臨床指導教師人格特質與教學效能之研究

A Study on Personality Traits and Teaching Effectiveness of Radiology Clinical Teachers

摘要


本研究旨在探討台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師的人格特質與教學效能之間的關係,並分別探討放射科臨床指導教師的背景資料與人格特質之間的關係,以及分析人格特質能否預測教學效能。本研究採文獻分析、問卷調查等研究方法,以自編「放射科臨床指導教師人格特質與教學效能關係調查問卷」為研究工具,進行調查。本研究問卷,針對台灣地區教學醫院放射診斷部門臨床指導教師,採分層隨機抽樣方式實施調查問卷,有效問卷206份,回收率70.03%。所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,主要研究發現如下: 一、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師具有的教學效能中以專業能力最高,最低為教學自我效能信念。 二、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師之人格特質在親和性、勤勉正直性的構面上因年齡不同而有顯著差異;台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師之人格特質在外向性的構面上因醫院層級之不同而有顯著差異。 三、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師之人格特質不會因性別、婚姻狀況、學歷程度、服務年資而有顯著差異。 四、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師不同人格特質與教學效能之關係,會因放射科臨床指導教師對其人格特質知覺程度高低不同而有顯著差異。 五、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師之人格特質愈傾向「開放性」、「外向性」,其教學效能愈好。 六、 台灣地區放射科臨床指導教師之人格特質的「開放性」、「親和性」可以預測教學效能。 針對研究結果,分別對醫學教育相關單位、放射科臨床指導教師及未來研究者提出具體之建議,俾供參考。

The purpose of this research was to explore the correlation between the personality traits and teaching effectiveness of Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers and to separately explore the correlation between the background information and personality traits of Radiology clinical teachers and to analyze whether teaching effectiveness can be predicted from personality traits. Research methods included literature analysis and questionnaire survey etc. and a self-developed「Questionnaire on the Correlation between the Personality Traits and Teaching Effectiveness of Radiology Clinical Teachers」 was the research instrument to conduct research. The questionnaire research aims at Taiwan teaching hospital Radiology Diagnosis Department clinical teachers. Stratified random sampling is adopted to implement the investigation questionnaire. There were 206 valid questionnaires and the response rate was 70.03%. Analysis was conducted on the information obtained based on various statistical methods including descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression etc. Main research findings are: 1. Amongst Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers with teaching effectiveness, the highest was professional ability and the lowest is teaching self efficiency belief. 2. In respect of agreeableness and conscientiousness of the personality traits of Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers, there was significant difference due to the difference in age; In respect of the extroversion of the personality traits of Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers, there was significant difference due to the difference in the hospital level. 3. For the personality traits of the Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers, there wound not be significant difference due to sex, marriage condition, education level and number of years of service. 4. For the correlation between different personality traits and teaching efficiency of Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers, there was significant difference due to the high and low of the personality traits perception level of the Radiology clinical teachers. 5. When the personality traits of the Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers inclines more towards “openness to experience” and “extroversion”, its teaching effectiveness was better. 6. The “openness to experience” and “agreeableness” of the personality traits of Taiwan Radiology clinical teachers can be used to predict the teaching effectiveness. Aiming at the research results, concrete suggestions are provided to relevant unit of medical education, Radiology clinical teachers and future researchers for reference.
