應用遙感探測與野外現地測量初探 花蓮光復地區地表變形

Surface Deformation Revealed by Remote Sensing Image and Field Leveling in Kuang-Fu Area, Eastern Taiwan

摘要


台灣位處於板塊聚合帶上,地質年輕、斷層多、岩體破碎,因活躍的地質作用,使得地表變形快速,人民財產受到威脅。科技日新月異,利用遙測技術監測國土資訊已成為趨勢,因其較傳統水準測量及GPS測量快速安全,且能免除維護機械器具所需人力物力和提供人跡罕至或危險地區的地表資訊。根據現地調查發現台灣東部花蓮縣光復鄉疑似有地表變形現象,且查無相關前人研究及地表監測資料,因此本研究以航空影像建置數值地形模型配合水準高程測量,探討分析該地區之地表變形行為。航空影像方面,本研究使用2007年農航所拍攝的航空影像,結合地面控制點GPS測量資料作為現地地面控制點之基礎參考座標,再運用航空攝影測量軟體進行每一航空照片之空中三角測量估算,求得飛機航行過程中每一相片之相機姿態,以製作高精度數值地形模型,並與三次水準高程測量所得該地區之高程變化量作後續相關分析及比較。綜合五條測線共55個地面點之水準高程測量顯示該地區有整體抬升之現象,在7.5個月的時間跨度下變形幅度可達3至5mm,且與該地區地形起伏情況一致。

Taiwan is formed on a complex convergent boundary. Its geologic features include young formation, plenty of faults, and fractured rocks. Because of active geologic action, the surface of earth metamorphoses quickly, people’s security and possessions are greatly threatened. Through the development of technology, the use of telemeter for lands information becomes a main tendency. What makes telemeter measurement for lands information becomes a main tendency. What makes telemeter measurement different from traditional one and GPS is its concern of safety and high speed. Besides, it can cut down labors and materials for machine maintenance and can provide surface information of desolated and dangerous areas. According to land investigation, it seems that metamorphosis of surface happens in the east Taiwan Hualien Kuang- Fu village and before that, there is no related research and surface information. Therefore, making use of remote sensing images to build digital elevation models with high standard elevation measurement, this research is used to explore and analyze the surface measurement(Leveling). In terms of aerial photos, this research combines the aerial images of Aerial Survey Office in 2007 with GPS to serve as a basic reference coordinates. Then, it also use aerial photography measurement software to triangulate each aerial photos to make DTM and compatison with the result of leveling. Consolidated five survey lines, the results show that the region's overall uplift phenomenon deformation rate of 3-5 mm in 7.5 months time span, and the area's topography is consistent.
