碳纖維貼片應用於結構物的補強已漸趨成熟,而有關於彎矩補強的研究相當的多,對於其補強後的功效也已經受到多方的証實。設計方面也能根據力學分析及碳纖維複合貼片(CFRP)的材料性質、包覆層數等參數與已初步估算補強後可能達到的最大彎矩承載力。但是碳纖維貼片應用於矩形梁剪力補強方面的研究仍尚須努力。 本次實驗設計了2種形式的剪力筋RC樑共35根,使用業界常用的國產碳纖維複合材料FAW-200,分別用不同的包覆形式來驗證及探討設計剪力強度對於剪補的影響,及由不同包覆形式來了解混凝土樑的補強功效,以期能藉由之前不同的的實驗結果加以分析比較來達到初步估算矩形梁補強後的剪力強度。
The technique of strengthening or repairing reinforced concrete ( RC ) structures with externally bonded composite sheets has been ripe gradually , there are many studies which is confirmed about strengthening in flexure . According to mechanics analysis , the materials of carbon fiber , and the count of layers , the moment of the structure which is strengthened in cfrp can be estimated . But the shear strength of RC beans with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer still need more tests . There were 2 kinds web reinforcement’s effects of shear strength in this experimental design, altogether 35 body on anti-shear experiment . This research used the type of cfrp was FAW-200 , each in different forms to strengthen RC beans to understand the shear strength which applied by cfrp.
