本論文主要研製具有較寬輸入電壓範圍的數位式直流/直流轉換器。本文採用降壓式轉換器為轉換器之主架構,主要由一個金氧半場效電晶體、電感及電容所組成,並且利用德州儀器公司之DSP TMS320F2812為控制核心,其輸入與輸出電壓皆為可調式,輸入電壓範圍為經橋式整流後的直流170 V∼320 V電源,且在滿載輸出電流10 A之下的輸出電壓及功率範圍為30 V/300 W∼150 V/1500 W。 由實驗結果証明,在規格內之輸入電壓及負載條件下,輸出電壓均能穩定在命令值,且輸出電壓漣波皆小於1%;在輸出為滿載的情況下,效率皆高於85%,當輸入電壓為245 V,輸出電壓為150 V 時,效率最高可達97.34%。由以上結果驗證設計與實驗的正確性。
The objective of this thesis is to design and implement a DSP based DC/DC converter with wide input voltage range. The implemented converter is a buck topology. The converter consists of MOSFET, inductor and capacitor, and uses DSP TMS320F2812 as controller pith which is produced by Texas Instruments company. The input and output voltages are adjustable, and input voltage source can be DC 170 V to 320 V. In the 10 A full load condition, the range of output voltage and output power is 30 V/300 W ∼ 150 V/1500 W. As shown by the experimental results, the output voltage is well regulated under full load condition and specified input voltage range, and the output ripple voltage is less than 1%. In specified input and output voltage range, the efficiency is always more than 85 percent under full load condition. In the case of input voltage is 245 V and output voltage is 150 V, the efficiency reaches 97.34% under full load condition. These results confirm the design and implementation.
