民營銀行之營繕業務極為繁難,例如為銀行客戶營造更舒適的交易環境,並為工作員工創造更優良的工作空間,進行現有行舍硬體設施之維護、翻新及改修,乃至對新行舍進行規劃、設計及施工等作業,均係由各民營銀行組織內之營繕單位負責。國內各民營銀行之營繕人員對其主管領導行為、業務工作特性及個人變項等差異程度,及其對工作滿足所產生之不同影響,乃為本研究探討之主要目的。 本研究以全國所有民營銀行營繕人員為樣本空間,共發放162份問卷,並以回收98份中的有效問卷92份進行SPSS等統計分析;經實證研析後所獲得之結果為:(一)、主管領導行為對部屬工作滿足具有顯著正向關係;及(二)、營繕單位工作特性與工作滿足具有顯著正向關係等;兩項假設之驗證結果為完全成立。而(一)、不同員工屬性對於各項構面有顯著差異;(二)、主管領導行為對部屬工作特性具有顯著正向關係;以及(三)、領導行為、工作特性及加入個人控制變項對工作滿足具有顯著正向關係等;三項假設驗證之結果為部分成立。 此外,本研究並得出五項有關國內民營銀行營繕單位之結論:(一)、領導行為應以採取關懷型領導為主;(二)、應有適度的營繕專業教育訓練;(三)、合理的回饋制度讓工作滿足更高;(四)、工作自主性愈高工作滿足愈高;(五)、機電人員人數普遍不足造成工作滿足低。
For customers to create a comfortable environment, for employees to create an appropriate working space, for the business to maintain the hardware, renovation and repair, or for the establishment of new branches to do planning, design and construction, these activities are work by construction division to do at each private bank. The management method of leadership behavior, work characteristics and job satisfaction, such differences between every factor are main objectives of this research. In this research, the sampling space is every construction division of all private banks for a total amount of 162 questionnaires, and to recover 98 of the 92 valid questionnaires. This research uses SPSS for statistical analysis; based on empirical results, the following conclusions are illustrated: In change of leadership behavior, job satisfaction of subordinates with a significant positive relationship. Characteristics of the business units Calligraphists meet and work with a significant positive relationship. The results verified the assumption that fully set up for. And the different attributes of staff, for the significant difference in dimensions. Competent leadership, the work of subordinates with significant positive relationship characteristics. Leadership behavior, work characteristics and control variables by adding the individual work has a significant positive relationship to meet. The assumption of three set up to verify the results of some. In addition, this research draws five conclusions of construction division about private bank. (1).Leadership should be to take care of the main leaders. (2).Calligraphists business should have appropriate professional education and training. (3).Reasonable feedback system allows a higher job satisfaction. (4).The higher the autonomy of the work of the higher job satisfaction. (5).Electrical and general lack of staff caused by low job satisfaction.
