新北市立國民中學辦理高關懷班方案之研究

A Study of Intensive-concern Program for Junior High Schools in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解新北市立國民中學辦理高關懷班方案的現況,分析新北市立國民中學學校相關行政人員對辦理高關懷班方案的實施情形與遭遇問題的看法,以及不同背景之高關懷班相關行政人員對辦理高關懷班方案實施情形與遭遇問題看法上的差異,以提出遭遇問題的因應方式。 本研究採用問卷調查法為主,訪談法為輔,採全面普查,總計回收68份對現況之客觀調查問卷,以及135份對現況之主觀看法問卷,回收率皆為97.1%,有效問卷回收率100%,研究結果顯示新北市立國民中學辦理高關懷班方案現況與實施情形普遍良好,遭遇問題程度不大,其中男性行政人員、專任教師或行政助理對實施情形有較高認同度,辦理高關懷班3年以下的學校對實施情形認同度較低,而組長或副組長(業務承辦人)對遭遇問題認同度較高,高關懷班開設人數為1~5人的學校對遭遇問題認同度較低。本研究並據此擬定遭遇問題的因應方式。  最後根據研究結果,對教育行政主管機關、承辦學校和未來研究提出具體建議,以供參考。

This resear ch aimed at analyzing the current implementation situation of Intensive-concern Program which was carried into junior high schools in New Taipei City. Also, to bring up the opinions to the implementation situation and problems of the program mentioned above from the teachers who implementation of the program at new Taipei’s junior high schools, and to figure out the differences of the opinions to the implementation situation and problems of the program between teachers with different backgrounds. Finally, proposed to solve the problem of method. This study adopted the questionnaire survey and interview Survey, through census, 68 copies of the objective questionnaires and 135 copies of the subjective questionnaires of valid samples were retrieved, and both of the return rate was 97.1%. The study results indicate that the current situation and effectiveness of Intensive-concern Program in junior high schools in New Taipei City were good, and and there were fewer problems of the program. Among them, the opinions of the implementation situation of the program of Male teacher, Full-time faculty and Administrative assistant were the highest, Intensive-concern Program of less than three years in junior high school were the lowest. Moreover, the opinions of the problems of the program of Section chiefs were the highest, Intensive-concern Program of less than five people in junior high school were the lowest. Accordingly, the study found that solving the problem of method. According to the main findings and the conclusions, suggestions are proposed for administrative organizations, sponsor schools and the future researchers.
