多相降壓型轉換器之研製

The Design and Implementation of a Multi-phase Buck Converter

摘要


本論文旨在研製用於低輸出電壓之兩相式降壓轉換器,其中功率級電路為以每相相差180度之開關依序導通的兩相並聯同步整流型降壓轉換器,其輸入電壓為5 V,輸出電壓及電流分別為1.8 V及20 A,每相轉換器操作頻率分別為200 kHz,輸出功率為36 W。藉由實驗波形來驗證所設計之兩相式同步整流降壓轉換器的正確性。

This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a multiphase buck converter which is suitable for low voltage output applications. The power stage consists of a two-phase synchronous buck converter in which the power devices are controlled with a phase shift of 180 degrees. For the prototype of two-phase buck converter, the specifications are as follows: input voltage = 5 V, output voltage = 1.8 V and output current = 20 A is built, switching frequency per phase = 200 kHz and the output power = 36 W. Experimental waveforms are measured to verify the designed two-phase synchronous buck converter.
