BMS液晶顯示器導入C型樑結構設計暨模擬推力與落下實驗分析

摘要


本文之研究目的為BMS (Backlight Module System)液晶顯示器於推力試驗中的機械行為分析。藉由無保護狀態下的模組推力試驗,分析C型樑補強結構在正向之位移關係與產品變形現象,並分析不同材質的成品對於補強效果之比較,驗證其結構設計變更有效。接著分析背光模組在液晶玻璃面朝下,高度80 cm時,落下實驗之碰撞行為;同時考慮C型樑補強結構設計對其測試結果之影響,最終依據背光模組顯示器之落下G值比較,進而求得優化設計值。 主要是利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元素分析軟體,進行應力與落下實驗分析,模擬產品在推力實驗過程中之變形狀態。並分析產品於落下實驗中之應力、位移與合加速度,並將電腦模擬分析CAE導入產品設計之流程,對於開發過程中的結構設計,提供修改變更的參考依據。

Purpose of this study is BMS (Backlight Module System) LED TV on the thrust of the mechanical behavior of the test analysis. By unprotected state module thrust test, structural analysis of C-type beam structural the displacement in the forward deformation phenomena, then analysis of different materials for the reinforcing effect of the finished product compared, verify its structural design changes are valid. Then analyzes the backlight in LED glass face down with height 80 cm, the crash landing under the experimental behavior, taking into account the structural design of C-type impact on its results, the ultimate basis for backlight display drop G value comparison, Then obtain optimal design. Mainly using SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis software for drop test analysis and stress analysis, analog products in the thrust of the state of deformation during the experiment, and analyzes of products in the drop test in stress, displacement and acceleration together. Then it will take CAE and computer simulation analysis into product design process, for the structural design of the development process, offer amendments to change the reference.
