中性原子筆之開發設計

摘要


中性原子筆結構元件包含筆蓋、筆頭、筆尖、筆芯、筆桿和筆尾共六個元件組成。 此設計參數為分析筆尖之幾何形狀,由幾何形狀來計算出筆尖構造組合及其值大小,且根據牛頓黏性方程式,推導出中性原子筆之壓差與出墨量之流動手恆方程式,並且以壓差與出墨量之關係進而推導出正向力與出墨量之關係方程式,且利用EES(Engineering Equation Software)軟體模擬中性原子筆,模擬數值與實驗量測數據相比較,誤差皆小於5%。 探討中性原子筆之七個參數(分別為鋼珠座內徑(d1)、鋼珠座直徑(d2)、鋼珠直徑(d3)、鋼珠座出口內徑(d4)、鋼珠座中心與鋼珠球心偏移量(e)、書寫速度(Vpen)和墨水黏度(μ)), 對數學模型之影響。在相同書寫正向力之下,出墨量較大,墨水水頭高下降較急遽則需:鋼珠座內徑(d1) 越大、鋼珠座直徑(d2)越大、鋼珠直徑(d3)越小、鋼珠座內徑(d4)越大、鋼珠座中心與鋼珠球心偏移量(e)越小、墨水黏度(μ)越小;相同書寫正向力之下,書寫速度(Vpen)不影響出墨量大小,但書寫速度(Vpen)越大,墨水水頭高下降較急遽。

The structural elements of neutral ink rollerball pens include the pen cover,the pen head,the pen nib,the pen refill,the penholder,and the tail of a total of six components. The design parameters for the analysis of the pen nib geometry,the geometry to calculate the pen nib constructed combinations and its size,and according to Newton’s law of viscosity,deduced differential pressure of the neutral ink rollerball pens and the ink of the flow equation,and the relationship between pressure difference and the ink and the inkand then derive the equation of the forward force and the amount of the ink,the EES(Engineering Equation Software) simulate the the neutral ink rollerball pens,the simulation values and experimental measurement date compared to the error are less than 4%. Explore the seven parameters of the neutral ink rollerball pens,(the ball seat inner diameter,the ball seat diameter,the ball diameter,the ball seat export inner diameter,the circle center offset,writing speed and ink viscosity),when the change of each parameter to effect of the forward force,pressure difference,and the ink amoum.
