由建物開口配置與空間形式排除傳統廠房內部酵素微粒污染之效果探討

摘要


本研究目的在於探討傳統酵素工廠空間中,機械室內原料運輸之進料過程中,酵素微粒污染物產生的逸散行為以及在室內空間流布的現象,並將建築內部空間如何改變設計以對應流場所形成之局部渦流區域,提出調整參數的改善方式,改善原有污染物質濃度在空間中積累的狀態,得出最優化的改善方案,減少職業場所之勞工酵素微粒暴露的問題,與求得良好及健康的室內空氣品質。 研究方法以數值模擬作輔助工具,將擴散物質數據輸入計算流體力學CFD軟體,模擬不同空調配置與建築空間型構改變下,室內污染物質的擴散及分佈狀態,透過空間氣流場、污染物濃度場以及改善案例的比較,解析室內不同通風換氣條件所呈現之特性,提出室內環境污染的移除影響與建議。 本研究成果顯示: 一、室內污染物確會在氣流場產生的渦流區內出現不易散去的累積現象。 二、不同空調管線安排之進風口位置對敏感的室內氣流場造成很大的影響。 三、以氣流場來調整建築室內型構,得污染物逸散最短路徑之案例與最優化的空調配置。 四、為追求健康的室內空氣品質,建築物內部的空調配置、設施物移除與空間型構改變等,在未來廠房建築設計及建物整建過程都應被仔細考量。

The purpose of this study is to analyse how the enzyme particles emitted during feed-in process at traditional enzyme preparation industry workspace and the distribution of particulate matters with different interior form types. Eventually we can obtain the optimal improvement to keep a certain area free from particle contamination, so as to reduce occupational exposure to enzyme particulate pollutants, by means of architectural design messures with building openings, placing air-condition pipeline and changing the interior space-based structure in the parameters. By CFD-simulating the trend of airflow field of indoor space,the concentration distribution of particulate pollutants in different changes in parameters is to analyze how the difference of inlet wind direction and interior typology effect the spread of particulate pollutants. Different indoor ventilation characteristics will cause different efficiencies of pollution exclusion of indoor environmental. According to numerical simulations, conclusions and suggestions are given as follow: (1)The simulation resullts show that indoor pollutants concentration may cause an accumulation by the vortex of indoor airflow and it leads to the difficulty to disperse the concentration in the certain region. (2)Different air-conditioned pipeline arrangements cause a considerable impact of the sensitive airflow field and will be able to obtain the optimal configuration program of air-conditioning. (3)Changing the interior spatical form type for effecting the airflow field, it could adjust the present status of the indoor particulate pollutants distribution, and the shortest path to exclude the particles and a optimal case can be obtained. (4)To pursue a healthy indoor air quality, the air-conditioning pipeline arrangement, indoor facilities, material removal and interior form types should be carefully considered at the initial architectural design process and pre-existing buildings renovation.
