運用資料包絡法探討部落格經營績效-以股票型理財部落格為例

摘要

近年來由於次貸風暴引發全球景氣步入衰退，連帶造成全球性的金融風暴，使的全球失業潮的到來，身處在如此不景氣的時代中，財富的縮水已來不及應付物價的日漸上漲，此時運用理財來增加自己的財富已成為了新的趨勢，而理財知識也就成為民眾相當重視的一種資訊需求。網際網路的興起，正好提供民眾一個廉價且可迅速收集資訊的平台，其中部落格對於上網族群來說，更是獲取網路資料的重要管道，而部落格的瀏覽人數日漸增加，使的部落格版主更重視自我部落格的排名，自我部落格的經營績效。故本研究以股票型理財部落格為研究對象，試者建構出探討部落格經營績效的模式，並針對股票型理財部落格之功能面與內容面進行績效探討，以找出股票型理財部落格提升效率之方法，給予改善之建議。本研究藉由資料包絡法進行績效探討，結果發現：(1)在功能面上，技術分析及理財功能在影響部落格經營績效上起了相當關鍵的作用，增加此兩項的投入將使整體經營效率有明顯的提高(2)在內容面中，讀者所重視的項目，為投資心得及盤勢解析(3)功能面上的經營無效率有較多的原因是來自規模無效率(4)內容面上的經營無效率有較多的原因是來自純技術無效率。

The development of the Internet provides people a platform to collect information. Among them, the blog is an important platform for access to information.The population of who read the blog have increased, Blogger would pay more attention to self-blog rankings and performance score. Research objectives of this study are financial investment blogs of stock. Research objective is to find ways to enhance the operational efficiency for financial investment blogs of stock and provide recommendations for improvement.The results show that：(1) Technical analysis and financial management would affect the operational efficiency for financial investment blogs of stock in the dimension of function. (2) Investment analysis experience and stock market analysis pay more attention to the readers in the dimension of content. (3) Scale inefficiency would lead to inefficient operation in the dimension of function. (4) Pure technical inefficiency would lead to inefficient operation in the dimension of content.
