曝光機玻璃抽拉框之設計與分析

摘要


本研究係有關曝光機玻璃抽拉框之設計與分析,玻璃抽拉框是由固定於下框的多個改良夾具所夾持固定,並由氣壓缸帶動,驅動夾具以滑動之動作滑向玻璃抽拉框進行夾持,減少玻璃變形及底片框平面度不佳的狀況。 玻璃抽拉框之主要材料是由鋁材所製,將曝光機玻璃抽拉框分離成兩個部分,並使用簧片連結,形成一撓性結構,使得曝光機準備曝光時,上、下玻璃底片之間互相靠近之抽真空時期,玻璃於當時發生破裂之情形可以經由撓性結構來獲得改善。 本研究先廣泛蒐集各國專利公報與相關文獻,將其依機構型態分類與分析,根據設計限制與規格擬定較佳之機構型態,並利用電腦輔助繪圖軟體建構本設計之3D模型,驗證設計機構無干涉情況。

This research is about that Design and Analysis of Glass Drawing Frame of Exposure Machine. The Glass Drawing Frame which is fixed by many improvements fixture on Exposure platform and fixture is drive by pneumatic cylinder making fixture use a sliding mode slide to the Glass Drawing Frame and clamp it. Due to the main body of Glass Drawing Frame is made from Aluminum, The Glass Drawing Frame only fixed by a few improvements fixture to reduce the situation that cause the glass deformation and makes the main body of Glass Drawing frame poor planeness. The Glass Drawing Frame is separated into two parts, use a spring link the two parts to form a flexible structure, when the Exposure Machine is ready to exposure and during evacuation time the top glass gradually approach the bottom glass, the situation of glass breakage occurs can be improved by the flexible structure. This research collected states patent and related literature , Will be classified according to their mechanism type and analysis, according to the design constraints and specifications develop better mechanism type ,and check the interference of model by CAD software, and enforcing the structural stress analysis to ensure its strength conform with safety usage by CAE software. New patent was booked for the outcome of this research.
