物理及化學方式改質石墨添加於聚氨基甲酸酯中探討複合材料功能性質之研究

摘要


本研究是分別使用Hummers法跟添加十六烷基溴化銨改質石墨,這兩種方法皆能提升石墨的分散性,但Hummers改質是屬於化學改質,因此會破壞石墨本身的結構,而添加十六烷基溴化銨並不會破壞石墨本身的結構,將這兩種不同的石墨粉體分別加入合成後的聚氨基甲酸酯中,以製備其PU/不同改質石墨複合材料,在比較探討這兩種複合材料之相關性質與功能影響。 本研究藉由ATR-FTIR對PU/不同改質石墨複合材料做分子之間的鍵結鑑定,發現添加不同方法改質的石墨並不會出現新的官能基特性峰或是造成偏移現象,代表本研究屬於物裡混摻;經由SEM來觀測不同改質石墨粉體在複合材料中之分散狀況,在熱性質分析方面,透過TGA探討其熱裂解溫度及殘餘量間之關係,以了解其加工性質;由DMA之測試,探討其玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)之變化。對PU/不同改質石墨複合材料進行拉伸試驗,發現隨石墨粉體添加量之增加,使複合材料由軟而韌之特性轉為硬而脆。最後利用迅速導熱係數測定儀及表面電阻測試以測試其功能性質,在本研究實驗範圍內,隨著不同改質石墨粉體添加量增加,其導熱導電之功能性質有所提升之趨勢。

We utilize Hummers method or by the addition of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide in order to modify graphite. In both methods, the disperibility of graphite were increased after the modification, However Hummers method is chemical modification, it would damage the structure of graphite. On the other hand , if add hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide to modify,if would not effect the instructure of graphite. These two types of powder were added to polyurethane to produce the PU/graphite composite materials, these two composites were investigated related to its functions for comparison. To evaluate the its properties,the PU/graphite composites with different modified graphite were investigated by ATR-FTIR , which proves that this experiment was physical adulteration . SEM was utilized to analyze the surface of different modified graphite composites powder .The thermal properties of PU/graphite composites with different modified graphite were prepared. The decomposition temperature of composites and its relationship to the weight loss was examined by TGA. In addition ,the variation in glass transition temperature(Tg) was analyzed with DMA. Furthermore ,the soft and tough of composites were turned into hard and brittle composites with increasing the quantity of graphite powder filled. Finally ,through the results of quick thermal conductivity meter , we found that the graphite effect on surface resistance of this composite was it increased with the quantity of graphite powder increased.
