伏地挺身機之研發

摘要


目前台灣的運動健身器材業界所面臨的問題是外銷的銷售通路產生變化,加上東南亞及大陸等地區低價產品的銷售競爭,運動健身器材產業面臨調整壓力,故目前正處於產品結構調整階段。本研究擬利用連桿機構之複數合成法與運動分析原理,以及適當的電腦輔助設計軟體(Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0),完成可調整輔助力量之新型伏地挺身機之創新設計與分析工作,最後進行實體模型之製作,使設計之伏地挺身機得到驗證。本研究的目的為針對上述可調整輔助力量之新型伏地挺身機進行創新研發,研發重點在於提供使用者輔助推力,減輕使用者在做伏地挺身運動時手臂的負荷,同時利用支撐墊刺激腹肌收縮,以達到緊實小腹之功效,而該輔助推力之大小可隨使用者本身肌力之增長而予調整。希望藉本研究之執行能提昇台灣運動健身器材產業的技術層次,確保台灣運動健身器材產業在全球市場的地位,並完成校內技術人才之培訓。

The exercise-equipment industry in Taiwan is facing the following problems: continuously changing export channels and competition from the South-east Asia and the Mainland China. It has come to a point that their product line must be upgraded. This research plans to use complex-number synthesis technique and kinematic analysis principles as well as suitable CAD software (Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0) to conduct creative design and detailed analysis of the new push-up exerciser. Last but not least, the physical mock up of the push-up exerciser is to testify this new design of push-up exerciser. This research plans to provide the user with adjustable assistant force to reduce the stress in the user’s arm and to tighten the user’s abdominal region. When this research is done, the exercise-equipment technologies in Taiwan will be brought to a higher level to secure Taiwan’s share in the world market, and all of the engineers, technicians, and students involved in this research will get the best training in the area of exercise-equipment technology.
