高職室內設計科學生工程管理專業能力之研究

A Study of the Engineering Management Competence of Vocational High School Students in Interior Design

摘要


隨著臺灣經濟起飛,人民對於室內居住品質要求相對提升,造就室內裝修業近年來之蓬勃發展,成為建築重要產業之一;經業界反應,因部分室內裝修人員工程管理能力不足,造成施工誤差,進而導致工期延宕;因此,如何提升室內設計專(從)業人員工程管理專業能力及培育工程管理專業人才,是當今教育所亟需面對之問題。有鑑於此,本研究針對高職室內設計科學生應具備之工程管理專業能力進行研究,以期建構「高級職業學校室內設計科工程管理專業人員能力指標」,藉此提升臺灣整體技職教育品質,以培育具國際觀並且符合職場所需之學生,進而達成技職教育之目標。其研究成果也將提供國內相關科系作為課程安排之參考。 本研究首先將透過文獻回顧,並針對政府主管機關人員及高職室內設計科畢業之專(從)業人員進行電話訪談後,綜合文獻與專家意見歸納彙整六十項評估因子後設計德爾菲問卷;第一階段將使用模糊德爾菲法(FDM),經由效信度及正式問卷調查統計後刪除二十九項評估因子,始確立高職室內設計科工程管理專業能力評估指標之共識;第二階段透過層級分析法(AHP),建構「高職室內設計科工程管理專業能力指標」評估架構,分為四大層級,包含四大評估面向、十二項評估要項及三十一項評估因子,經效度檢驗及正式問卷統計後,取得高職室內設計科工程管理專業能力指標之權重及排序,藉此作為高職教育與技專院校教育課程銜接之參考,縮小學界與產界對室內設計工程管理專業能力認知之差距。 經調查顯示,在第二層級評估面向中「施工計畫」與「公共安全衛生」、第三層級評估要項中「施工中-工序安排」及「安全管制規劃」,及第四層級評估因子「大樣圖繪製與判讀」與「人員管制」…等項目,專家群體之意見確實有明顯差異。期望透過本研究達成產學一體,各界的溝通與包容能促進產學間交流,進而達成產學無縫接軌,讓學生能學以致用,以達成技職教育之精神。

With the rise of economy in Taiwan, people have more demand on indoor living quality. And creating the interior decoration industry booming in recent years has become an important industry of building. Through the industry reaction, the errors in the process of construction were often due to the interior decoration and repair employees lack of professional engineering management competence and caused the construction schedule delay. Therefore, how to improve the interior designer's professional engineering management competence and cultivate professionals in engineering management, is the most in need of the problems faced the education in nowdays. For this reason, this study will focus on the students of interior design department in vocational high school should have the ability to study professional engineering management, in order to construct "the professional engineering management competence index for interior design department in vocational high school." To improve the quality of Taiwan's overall technical and vocational education to train with an international outlook and meet the required student workplace, thereby reaching the goal of vocational education, results of the research will also provide relevant domestic departments as a reference for curriculum. In this study, through literature review and for the personnel in government agency competent and the professionals graduated from the interior design department of vocational high school in telephone interviews, designing Delphi questionnaire synthesizing after literature and expert opinion to aggregate into sixty evaluation factors. First phase will use Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), twenty-nine evaluation factors deleted after through survey of reliability and validity formal questionnaire, to establish the consensus of the engineering management performance index assessed for interior design department in vocational high school. Second phase through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), to obtain the assessment framework of “ the engineering management competence index for interior design department in vocational high school “ divided into four levels, including four evaluation dimensions, twelve assessment items and thirty-one assessment factors. After validity testing and formal questionnaire statistics, achieved the engineering management performance index for interior design department in vocational high school its weights and sorting, and take this as education linked for vocational high school and technical and vocational education courses of reference to reduce the gap of the difference of the cognition between academia and industry about the professional engineering management competence index for interior design department in vocational high school. Through survey shows that in the second level of assessment for the "construction plan" and "public safety and health", the third level of assessment to item "constructing - working procedure arranged " and " security control plan" and the fourth level of evaluation factor "deatil drawing drawed and interpreted "and" staff control "... and other projects, the expert groups do have significant differences of opinion. Expected of this study achieve industry and academia integrated, and communication and toleration of all walks of life can can promote exchanges between the industry and academia, and thus reached production and academia seamless integration to enable students to apply their knowledge in order to reach the spirit of technical and vocational education.
