摘要

本研究係有關可變容量機油泵機構之分析與設計，首先針對現有各種可變容量機油泵類型，進行專利公報及文獻背景蒐集，依據所蒐集之文獻將可變容量機油泵機構及作動方式，並加以歸納整理及分析，再根據分析結果作為一新型可變容量機油泵之機構及作動方式的基礎。首先定義出新型可變容量機油泵之設計需求，再依照主要設計需求，構思可變容量機油泵之機構設計。本研究輔以Pro/ENGINEER繪製3D模型，將其概念與構思實體化，並透過Cosmos FloWorks進行流體分析，確認可變容量機油泵機構之流場與流量變化，以作為後續實體生產參考。

This research is about the analysis and design of variable capacity oil pump mechanism. The research has collected all relevant patent and literatures in various types of variable capacity oil pump. Classified and analyzed these papers by variable capacity oil pump mechanism and the way of motion. The results of the analysis as reference aspect for design a new type of variable capacity oil pump mechanism. Define the design requirements of variable capacity oil pump is the first thing to do. Then, conceive the main design requirements of mechanism in variable capacity oil pump mechanism. This study had used Pro/ENGINEER to draw 3D model to demonstrate the conception. Also this research has used Cosmos FloWorks in fluid analysis to verify the variation of flow in variable capacity oil pump mechanism for the studies of forthcoming manufacturing.
