自動開收傘防彈回裝置之研發

摘要


本研究係有關於新型自動傘防彈回裝置之研發,其特色為具有防彈回之功能,讓使用者於收傘時,如不小心鬆手,即啟動防彈回裝置,使傘中棒可停止於任一位置,以降低收傘的潛在安全疑慮。本研究首先針對自動開收傘防彈回裝置做專利及相關文獻的搜索,再依據不同驅動零件進行專利分類,找出創新設計發展的方向。首先從類型合成中找出適合之機構類型,再從尺寸合成中,找出符合設計條件的作動機構;透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體建立自動開收傘防彈回裝置之電腦立體模型,並確認其零件間無干涉的情況,再由電腦輔助分析軟體計算棘輪與棘爪的應力分布情況,確保本研究自動開收傘防彈回裝置之實際可行性,最後進行實體原型之製作與測試。

This study is about the research and development of a new anti-rebound device of automatic umbrellas. Its major property is the anti-rebound function. If the user lets loose the umbrella during retraction of the umbrella, the anti-bound device will be activated to stop the center rod at any position to reduce the potential risk of umbrella retraction. This research collected and classified all patents and literatures about anti-rebound devices of automatic umbrellas according to different driving parts to find out the creative-design direction. A suitable mechanism type was chosen from type synthesis. An operating mechanism satisfying all design conditions was created through dimensional synthesis. CAD software was used to construct computer models of the anti-rebound devices of automatic umbrellas and to ensure that interference between parts never occurs. CAE software was employed to analyze the stress distribution in ratchet and claw to realize the practicability of the anti-rebound devices. Finally, a prototype was made and tested.
