教育訓練是企業增加核心競爭力不可或缺的一部份,員工的學習動機是影響訓練效果的重要因素,企業若能激發員工的參訓意願,則可增進受訓者的學習效果。因此,探討員工的學習動機與訓練成效間的關係,可提供竹科產業公司規劃與執行教育訓練的參考。 本研究旨在探討竹科產業在職員工學習動機與訓練成效間的關係,以曾接受過一天以上工作知能教育訓練課程的在職員工為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,以立意抽樣方式,抽取75家公司的員工為調查樣本,總計發放750份問卷,回收有效問卷395份,有效回收率52.67%,調查資料採用項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析。本研究獲致下列結論: 一、竹科在職員工參與教育訓練之學習動機主要為滿足個人的內在需求。 二、竹科在職員工之反應層次訓練成效尚佳。 三、竹科在職員工之學習層次訓練成效尚佳。 四、增強竹科員工之學習動機有助於提高反應層次訓練成效。 五、增強竹科員工之學習動機有助於提升學習層次訓練成效。 六、提高竹科員工之反應層次訓練成效有助於提升學習層次訓練成效。 七、反應層次訓練成效對學習動機與學習層次訓練成效具有部分的中介效果。
Education training are integeral parts for increasing core competencies in the business, and the employees’ learning motivation is an important factor of influence in training effectiveness. If companies can encourage the employeess willing of training, then the learning effectiveness of employees will be raised. Therefore, understanding the relationship between learning motivation and training effectiveness of employees may provide ideas for Hsinchu Science Park Industries’ companies to plan and execute education training program. The purpose of this study aimed on the relationship between learning motivation and training effectiveness of employees in Hsinchu Science Park Industries. Questionnaire was sent to 750 employees in 75 companies who accepted training education program for one or more than one days by purposive sampling. 395 valid questionnaires returned; therefore, the response of valid questionnaire rate was 52.67%. All the quantitative data was analyzed by Item analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. At last, the conclusions are as the follows: 1.The learning motivation of employees in Hsinchu Science Park Industries is mainly for satisfying personal inner needs. 2.The reactions level training effectiveness of employees in Hsinchu Science Park Industries was good. 3.The learning level training effectiveness of employees in Hsinchu Science Park Industries was good. 4.Strengthing of learning motivation could promote the reaction level training effectiveness. 5.Strengthing of learning motivation could promote the learning level training effectiveness. 6.Promoting reaction level training effectiveness could enhance learning level training effectiveness. 7.Reaction level training effectiveness has partly moderating effect of the learning motivation and learning level training effectiveness.
