RFID技術應用於混凝土試體管控作業流程之研究

摘要


混凝土品質的良窳對國家整體公共建設的品質具有關鍵性影響。長久以來,國內公共工程混凝土檢驗作業程序與控管皆仰賴人力於試體表面註記識別、紙本記錄作業等管控方式;根據行政院公共工程委員會97年2至5月之「工程施工查核小組查核及複查結果」共1000件,其中關於混凝土試體抽驗、養護、試驗程序作業及品管統計分析、製程管制文件疏失等缺失計161件,可見混凝土生產品質的預防管理仍待加強。檢視現今各檢(試)驗單位出具之試驗報告皆加註「本試驗僅對送驗樣品負責」等字樣,可見試體從製作、養護、送驗之作業界面,試體之正確代表性是最被質疑且待解決之主要課題;因此本研究以資訊科技與營建管理之角度,將無線射頻辨識(Radio Frequency Identification ,RFID)技術導入於混凝土圓柱試體管控作業中,應用RFID技術促使各試體皆具獨特之身份識別、降低人為疏失及提昇品管分析效率以改善試體檢驗作業程序與管控品質。 本研究透過現地實驗針對不同類型電子標籤(RFID Tag)與混凝土設計強度,配合現地作業流程植入混凝土試體,藉此驗證RFID Tag植入試體、養護、送驗、試驗等作業項目測試RFID通訊狀況、驗證RFID Tag對混凝土試體強度之影響,進而提出RFID技術應用於混凝土試體取樣、養護、送驗、試驗、出具試驗報告等全程之管控作業程序及管控人員權責劃分之建議,以改善現行混凝土試體管控作業程序、強化混凝土生產前的預防管理,俾能全面性的有效提昇整體公共建設的品質。

The quality of concrete is an important factor for the Public Construction. The concrete inspective procedures and control rely on manpower, such as identifying the concrete specimens and using the paper-based record system. According to 1000 cases, form the Public Construction Commission of Executive Yuan between February and May in 2008, which were audited and rechecked by the Engineering Construction Audit Subcommittee, problems about the procedures of concrete sampling, curing and testing, the statistical analysis of quality control data and inadequate documentation of process control are reported in 161 cases. Thus, the prevention management in the quality of concrete has to be enhanced obviously. Besides, by viewing the inspection reports, which are published by current inspection offices, it is easily to find that almost all these reports are annotated the words: “this inspection report is valid only for the sample”.From this annotation, the specimen processing system from the procedures of producing, curing to testing, and the accurate representation of specimens is the most controversial issue that needs to be resolved.Therefore, this research applies the technique of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to the control processing system of concrete specimens and by using the method of information technology and construction management. Furthermore, RFID technique also can improve the inspection procedures as well as control the quality by facilitating the individual specimen having its own unique identification, decreasing the chances of human error and promoting the efficiency of quality control analysis. The objective of this research is to analyze the concrete specimen, which is embedded by different types of RFID Tags and the design strength of concrete, to work with the field operation. By this method, we can use the operation items of the embedded REID Tag specimen, curing, delivery and inspection to test the status of RFID communication, and verify the influence on the strength of concrete specimen by RFID Tag. Furthermore, in order to effectively promote the quality of domestic public constructions, we suggest that apply RFID technique to all the procedures of control processing system, such as concrete sampling, curing, delivery, inspection and report, and make the division of responsibility and authority to improve the current concrete specimens control processing system and to enhance the prevention management.
