臺灣地區技職教育相關研究所學位論文內容分析之研究

A Study of the Content Analysis of Theses Written by the Graduate Students of Technical and Vocational Universities in Taiwan

摘要


本研究係透過內容分析法,針對臺灣地區技職教育相關研究所截至94年元月30日前已發表之學位論文,依歷年完成之篇數、研究主題、研究對象、研究典範、研究方法、研究工具等層面的發展進行主題分析與內容分析,探討臺灣地區技職教育研究之概況與趨勢,期能提供未來從事技職教育相關研究之參考。 綜合本研究之發現,結論如下: 一、臺灣地區技職教育研究蓬勃發展,展現於技職教育研究所相繼成立,研究成果豐碩 二、非屬技職教育相關研究所的投入,擴大技職教育研究多元化的視野 三、研究主題從早期以「專業技術」為重心,轉移至對「課程與教學」的關注。整體而言,主要集中在「課程與教學」、「專業技術」、「教育政策與行政」、「學生」、「夥伴關係與研發」、「師資」等六大領域。 四、研究主題之趨勢符應整體教育環境之變遷與政策之變革。 五、研究對象以教育類的「高職」階段最關注、樣本涵蓋地區以「全國」項最多、研究典範「以量為主」、研究方法主要是「問卷調查研究」、研究工具以「問卷」使用比例最高 六、本研究根據研究結果與研究過程發現的問題,提出建議供後續研究者參考。

This thesis is based on the content analysis methods to research the theses written by the graduate students of technical and vocational universities in Taiwan, published from 1976 to January 30, 2005. By examining the number of papers, research subject matters, topics, paradigm, methods and tools covered in those papers published each year, and by applying subject and content analysis to the exploration of the development and trend in these papers on Taiwan’s vocational education program, it leads to arrive at the conclusions on which a few suggestions were developed; hopefully they will provide another reference point for the future researchers and enhance further vocational research and development. Conclusions are summarized below: 1. The studies on vocational education program in Taiwan developed progressively and rapidly due to many colleges or universities offering graduate programs in this field, In addition, research in this field was extremely fruitful. 2. The non-vocational graduate schools also contribute lots of research on vocational education programs, which widen and diversify vocational education studies in Taiwan. 3. Initially the research subject focused on the professional skills, then transferred to cover the field of curriculum and teaching. Generally speaking, the research subject consisted of the following six fields: curriculum and teaching, professional skills, educational policy and administration, students, co-operative partnerships, research and development and faculty. 4. According to this research, the subject matters correspond with rapid changes in the modern educational environment and policy. 5. Vocational high school in education category was the most studied topic. Nation-wide was the most covered area from which the samples were drawn. Quantitative-oriented was the most employed research paradigm. Survey was the main research method of choice while Questionnaire was the most used research tool. 6. The results and questions discovered and outlined in the course of this thesis should provide a new plateau for future researchers to address.
