雖然產業界導入電子化的情形是普遍以及必須的,但是對於屬於傳統產業的冷凍空調業來說,電子化在此產業還是處於一個萌芽的情況,特別在此產業的組織結構大多屬於中小企業,使得此產業中的電子化程度更加的低。過去對於電子化的研究相當豐富,因此本論文希望透過有系統方法,來找出冷凍空調業導入電子化之方法,以促進此產業的生產力以及工作效率。 本論文將使用層級分析法(AHP)為研究方法,探討冷凍空調業導入電子化化之關鍵成功要素。並綜合國內外學者之相關文獻研究與專家訪談,建立出冷凍空調業導入電子化之關鍵成功要素之架構,獲得5個主構面與23項因子指標,分析結果以「資訊技術層面」最為重要,其次為「使用者層面」、「專業工作層面」、「企業管理層面」與「組織結構層面」;而要因評估指標中以「員工訓練」最為重要,其次為「合作夥伴的資訊能力」與「ERP與舊系統整合」。希望透過本研究結果,可提供冷凍空調業在導入電子化時之參考。
E-Commerce is common and necessary among industries. However, it is still in embryonic stage for implementing E-Commerce to the refrigeration and air-conditioning engineering industry as one of the traditional industries. The level of E-Commerce in this industry is even lower due to the compositions of this industry are most small and medium enterprises. The past researches of E-Commerce are abundant. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the method of implementation of E-Commerce to this industry in a systematic way, in facilitating the productivity and efficiency to this industry. This thesis adopts Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as research method to explore the key success factors to implementing thesis to this industry. In addition, through literature review and expert interviews, the framework of the key success factors to implementing E-Commerce to this industry is established. The result of this thesis leads to five main dimensions and 23 factor indicators. The “information technology aspect” is most important dimension, following by the “user aspect”. The “employee training” is the most important indicator, following by “enhancement of information skills of partners”. The result of this thesis may provide the reference for E-Commerce implementation into this industry.
