and is the unique identifier for objects on the internet. It can be used to create persistent link and to cite articles.

Using DOI as a persistent link

To create a persistent link, add「http://dx.doi.org/」「 http://dx.doi.org/ 」 before a DOI.
For instance, if the DOI of an article is 10.5297/ser.1201.002 , you can link persistently to the article by entering the following link in your browser: http://dx.doi.org/ 10.5297/ser.1201.002 。
The DOI link will always direct you to the most updated article page no matter how the publisher changes the document's position, avoiding errors when engaging in important research.

Cite a document with DOI

When people raise the standard of living,environmental factors and lifestyle variables have been more important. Therefore, the Government in order to improve the quality of the population and promote public health and health care, that have been an important policy objective. Medical services and public health focusing on "treatment" has changed to "create health". In the past the community health which was related to the health plan is focus on the content level of disease. In view of creating a healthy environment for the lack of concern, this article will explore the hope of creating in the community health dimension of environmental studies to be complementary. Furthermore community building and planning for the closely related, the health of the community to create a plan to promote, the field of personal life outside the part of the conditions, are subject to appropriate planning level, that can create a healthy environment for the community and provide a good means. 
    In this study, health and the environment are related to the theoretical basis to explore the community health and the environment on creating the relationship. By sorting out the relevant literature articles about creating a healthy environment for the community, this article reach from the healthy environment, the safe environment, environmental planning and environmental management to explore the four-oriented, then create a healthy environment to develop the principle of community structure. And create a positive implementation of the health analysis of the comparative study of case studies between the Japanese health and Ming-yang community health plan .By studying the case of Flynn community, Taipei City in Physical and Non-physical environment on the current situation in real terms. Then summarize the more comprehensive community development strategy which have just concerned, use it to create a healthy environment in Flynn community’s strategy. By obtaining expert advices and an interview with relevant persons, this article explores the relationship among the healthy environment, security environment, environmental planning and environmental management in the community, in the end to find some countermeasures and the implementation of specific content-oriented to provide detailed reference strategy to combine a healthy environment. Then give some reference on promoting community-related research work to follow-up.
