直條機傳動與疊紗機構之研發

摘要


本研究係有關於直條機傳動與疊紗機構之研發。首先針對各種類型之直條機傳動與疊紗機構,進行廣泛之論文及專利公報蒐集,且加以整理分類與分析其優缺點,參考此分析結果之後,設計出一款新型直條機傳動與疊紗機構。傳動機構最主要的功能為令直條紋用紗筒與疊紗機構同步運轉,使直條紋用紗線能順利供給疊紗機構進行繞線的動作,來織造出直條紋布樣。 依據創新機構設計流程,首先定義出主要之設計需求及限制,並依照主要功能及關鍵尺寸來設計直條機傳動與疊紗機構的基礎架構,架構完成以後,再設計一組齒輪系來驅動直條紋紗筒承載機構與疊紗機構。本研究先以Pro/Engineer Wildfire繪圖軟體繪製直條機傳動與疊紗機構之3D模型,繪製完成後再進行機構運動模擬及干涉檢查,最後以ANSYS Workbench進行應力分析,以瞭解其應力分佈狀態,最後再根據分析結果來進行機構強度方面的必要修正。

This thesis deals with the research and development of a transmission and wrapping mechanisms in vertical striping machine. In the beginning, all relevant patents and literatures were collected, classified, and analyzed on the topic of transmission and wrapping mechanisms in vertical striping machine. According to the results of patent analysis, a new transmission and wrapping mechanisms was created. The main function of the transmission mechanism to make vertical stripes yarn cylinder operation with wrapping mechanism at the same time, let vertical stripes yarn transfer to the wrapping mechanism, to weaving the cloth-like stripes. Following the procedures of creative mechanism design, the performance requirements were defined and the basic structure of the new transmission and wrapping mechanisms was constructed referring to its functions and key dimensions. A new transmission and wrapping mechanisms was designed to coordinate all required functions after the conceptual design is accomplished. Pro/Engineer Wildfire was used to build the three-dimensional model of the new transmission and wrapping mechanisms in vertical striping machine, while Pro/Mechanism for motion simulation and interference avoidance. Finally, ANSYS Workbench was used to perform stress analysis to verify its stress distribution, and than mechanism strength necessary amendments according the results of analysis.
