本研究旨在探討科技大學大一新生生活適應問題,並以國立臺北科技大學為例,分析不同其背景變項的學生在生活適應的差異與預測情形,期能了解大一新生的學校生活適應現況。根據研究目的,本研究係採問卷調查方式,以就讀國立臺北科技大學大一新生1,326人為研究樣本,得有效問卷1,170份,使用朱錦鳳編製之「大學身心適應調查表」進行施測。所得資料經由量化後,分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗等方法進行統計分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、整體臺北科大大一新生以「家庭困擾」、「精神困擾」困擾的比例最高。 二、不同背景變項的大一新生其生活適應問題具有顯著差異。 三、臺北科大大一新生生活適應問題有集中趨勢。 四、對自我外表感到不滿意的大一新生,其生活適應問題愈趨困擾。 五、上網時數愈高的大一新生,其生活適應問題愈趨困擾。 並根據結論,提出三點建議: 一、對國立臺北科技大學學務處之建議:(1)落實導師制度,強化導師輔導功能;(2)培養學生生活適應的能力;(3)提供學生輔導管道,培養學生健全人格;(4)建立長期資料庫,了解學生輔導成效。 二、對國立臺北科技大學學校教師之建議:(1)鼓勵學生建立個人自信,多參與其他活動;(2)關心學生上網情形,引導學生健康上網。 三、對未來研究方向之建議:(1)研究範圍;(2)研究方法;(3)研究主題。
The purpose of this study was to explore the Life Adapation of Freshmen at National Taipei University of Technology, to analyze the differences and predictions of background variables on the the Life Adapation.The survey instrument were used in the study, included the College students’ Adjustment Check List(CSACL)for University Students. The scale was administered by all freshmen in National Taipei University of Technology. The participants included 1,326 freshmen. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one way analysis of variance, and Chi-Square. Based on the results of this study, some related discussions and suggestions were offered for the future studies. 1.The major influences for National Taipei University of Technology freshmen were family problem, and spirit problem. 2.There were significant differences with different background variables. 3.There was central tendency taward the National Taipei University of Technology freshmen in life adaptation dimensions. 4.The more dissatisfied with their appearance for the freshmen, the more confused with the life adaptation they become. 5.Spending much time on surveying the Intenet for the freshmen, the more confused with the life adaptation they become. According to the conclusions, there were some recommendations as follows: 1.The suggestions for Student Counseling Center of NTUT: (1) Application of tutor system, enhance the tutorial capability; (2) Cultivate students’ life adaptation ability; (3) Establish tutorial assessment to cultivate students a healthy personality, (4) Establish the Panel Survey to examine every student’s guidance effect. 2.The suggestions for the teachers of NTUT; (1) Encourage students to construct self-confidence and participate activities; (2) Pay attention to the students’ web situation, and make them to surf the web healthy. 3.The suggestions for the future study: (1) for the study area; (2) for the study method; (3) for the study subject.
