雲端運算服務為目前資訊科技發展的趨勢,國際大廠紛紛開始使用雲端運算服務,但是國內企業對於雲端運算服務仍存有疑慮,以致於使用雲端運算服務之企業仍為少數。然而受到相關因素的影響使得企業無法有效的掌握相關要素來導入雲端服務,因此,找出成功導入雲端運算服務的關鍵因素便顯得相當重要。過去研究對於雲端運算服務在物流產業的研究相當少,因此本研究希望透過系統化的方式,找出物流產業導入雲端運算服務之方法,以提升企業的效率與競爭力。 本研究將使用層級分析法為研究方法,探討物流產業導入雲端運算服務之關鍵成功因素,並透過探討國內外相關文獻與專家訪談,建構出物流產業導入雲端運算服務之關鍵成功因素之架構,獲得6個主要構面和26項因素指標,主要構面之分析結果以「資訊技術」層面最為重要,其次為「使用者」層面、「組織結構」層面、「專案管理」層面、「企業管理」層面與「產業特性」層面;而在各項因素指標中以「員工教育訓練」最為重要,其次為「設計階段有使用者參與」與「正確的導入流程與使用方法」。希望透過本研究之研究結果,可提供物流產業在導入雲端運算服務時作為其參考依據。
Now, cloud service is the trend of development of information technology, many international companies have begun to use cloud services, but most enterprises still hold the wait and see attitude to the cloud service, Resulting in a few companies to use cloud services. However, subject to the relevant factors the companies can not effectively grasp of the relevant elements to adopt cloud services, and to find out the relevant factors of the cloud service adopted by the corporations is very important. But the studies for cloud services in the logistics industry are considerably less. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the method of implementation of cloud services to logistics industry in a systematics, in facilitating the efficiency and competency to the enterprises. This study adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as research method to explore the key success factors to implementing thesis to the logistics industry. Through literature review and expert interviews, the framework of the key success factors to implementing cloud services to the logistics industry is established. The result of this study leads to six main dimensions and 26 factors indicators. The “information technology” aspect is the most important dimension, following by the “user” aspect. The “employee training” is the most important indicator, following by “user participates to design”. Hoping the result of this researcher be a references for the exterprise to implement cloud computing services.
