根據美國人口調查局在2013年統計,全世界約有70億的人口,而臉書全球活躍用戶持續攀升,在2013年5月宣佈其每月活躍用戶超過11億,且行動用戶也顯著增長,達到7.51億的每月活躍用戶, 根據MoneyDJ財經知識庫2013年之報告,臉書目前全球活躍的中小企業專頁總數超過2,500萬戶,在這樣的數據下的社群平台,已成為企業開拓銷售市場的新管道。 本研究主要以傳統金屬加工業之「中小企業臉書非官方粉絲專頁經營」作為切入點,對學生族群進行探討此類型的粉絲專頁的操作與經營。研究方法透過文獻分析及個案訪談來進行研究資料的搜集,其訪談對象為會購買金屬材料加工的學生族群,研究架構分五大構面,從中由資料分析法找出結論,發現傳統金屬材料加工業要透過臉書非官方粉絲專頁必須營造專業形象,較吸引學生族群加入粉絲專頁,來增加銷售機會並創造出更多的實質效益。
According to a survey from the U.S. Census Bureau, there are about seven billion people of the world, facebook user have more than 1,1 billion member and mobile user are increasing to 751 million people in May 2013. According to the report from MoneyDJ, facebook have more than 25 million fan pages by small and medium enterprises in 2013, It is trending upward at new business model in community platform. This research the main point is a business study of facebook fan pages for students group in metalwork industry. The methods used documentary analysis and case interview survey which five dimensions built in researchful structure to collect data, then used content analysis to find the results. At results, we found most students were preferred professional fan pages in metalwork industry on facebook. When the students become to fan in the fan pages it will increase benefit of the company in metalwork industry.
