學校意象之研究─以台北科技大學為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討學校意象之研究,並針對歷史悠久之都心學校為例,透過內容分析法、訪談法、紮根理論、資料分析軟體Winmax和統計方法,建構出學校意象之因子。首先經由內容分析法建構出學校意象構面有「地標」、「動線」、「週邊」、「空間」、「建築群」、「校園景觀」、「活動」、「學校風格與特色」、「學習風氣」和「教學風評」,等10項構面,其次訪談34位台北科技大學相關人士,歸納出「硬體」與「軟體」二大面向之學校意象,硬體則有「學校地標」、「學校週邊環境」、「學校建築」、「校園空間」、「校園動線」及「校園景觀」項六個構面;軟體部分則為「學校風格與特色」、「學校活動」、「學習風氣」和「教學風評」等四項構面。在硬體方面可加強校園外觀視覺的印象,使民眾可清楚認識或聯想到學校,軟體方面可暸解學校之特徵,並改善校園互動性及加強民眾對學校之印象。另透過語意差異法問卷以台北科技大學學校師生、校友及校外民眾為施測對象,共計回收1071份問卷。就台北科技大學學校硬體意象整體感受上,學校地標具有「有歷史性的」和「老舊的」感受、學校周邊環境具「方便的」和「黃金地段的」感受、學校建築具「整齊的」、「混泥土的」和「平凡的」感受、校園空間則具「有限的」感受、校園動線有「安全的」感受、校園景觀則為「校地小的」之感受,軟體上整體感受在學校活動有「少的」、「合適的」和「多元的」感受、在學校風格與特色為「好學校的」感受、學習風氣則具「好的」和「每況愈下的」感受、教學風評則為「認真的」、「實務的」、「踏實的」、「經驗豐富的」、「盡力的」之感受,可作為未來學校整體發展之參考。

This research of campus image, using campus for an example, aims at the historical long civic centre. Through the content analysis;the interview;the grounded theory;the analysis software -Winmax and the statistical method that construct of the campus image factors. Firstly, through the content analysis to construct of campus image -landmark, peripheral , space and complex, campus landscape, activities, school style and characteristics, learning culture and wind of teaching evaluation etc. There are ten dimensions. Drafts in the depth interview which outlined for Taipei University of Technology with relevant persons of a total of 34. It summed up the campus image can be divided into "the hardware" and "the software" two dimensions, The hardware which including School Landmarks, school surrounding environment, school building, campus Space, campus moving line, campus landscape and other six dimensions; there are four dimensions of software part: school style and characteristics, school activities, learning culture and teaching style assessment. Hardware can enhance the visual appearance of the impression of the campus, so that people can clearly know or think to the school. On the other hand, the software could understand the characteristics of schools and image improve the campus interaction. Then penetrates via the viewpoint of the Taipei University of Technology School teachers and students, alumni and outside the public , provide semantic differential method questionnaire, we distribute the semantic differential method totally 1071 questionnaires. The whole image of Taipei University of Technology School on the hardware, the school Landmark has historic and old feeling, the school surrounding environment has convenient and golden mile feeling, the school building has neat , concrete and ordinary feeling, campus space has limited feeling, the campus raute has safe feeling, the campus landscape has limited school groud the feelings. However. The software, the overall feeling in school activities is "less" and "right" and "multiple",the school style and characteristics of the school is "good school", learning atmosphere is good and deteriorating, teaching style assessment was serious, humble, practical , experienced, and well-know. This research can be used as a reference to the overall development of the school.
