行動牙科影像系統之導入與評估

摘要

牙科影像是用來協助牙科醫師看診的重要參考資料，但是牙科影像與一般醫療影像不同，其特性在於拍攝醫療影像的數量龐大，但所占的空間比其他醫療影像小，因此在保存與作業流程中較易遺失，造成醫療上的不便。為因應傳統影像的缺失，大多數牙科醫療院所都已引進醫療影像儲傳系統，藉由數位資訊擷取醫療影像設備的資料庫，將診所內之牙科數位影像—全口、側顱、根尖，甚至斷層掃描等置入系統，並在結合醫院資訊系統後，可在診間的電腦隨點隨看，不僅在治療時觀看同步，同時醫療品質也大為提升。
本研究將導入行動牙科影像系統，藉由行動裝置的便利性，方便診所內人員對攝影完畢的患者影像資料做適度的處理和修改，並嘗試從使用者的角度，探討導入行動牙科影像系統於牙科醫護作業中的接受度，利用科技接受模型，以問卷調查的方式，來探討醫護人員對於行動牙科影像之「易用認知」及「有用認知」及對其使用系統運用「使用意願」之影響。

Dental imaging is the important reference used to assist the dentist, but dental imaging and general medical imaging are different, and its characteristics is that shooting a large number of medical imaging, but the amount of space is smaller than other medical imaging, preservation and process are more easily lost, resulting in a medical inconvenience. Lack of response to conventional imaging, the majority of dental hospitals have been the introduction of medical Picture Archiving and Communication System using digital information to retrieve the database of medical imaging equipment, digital imaging of the dental clinics – Panoramic x-ray, Cephalometric x-ray , Periapical film, or even CT scan, placed in the system , at any time in the clinic's computer to watch, not only in the treatment of watch synchronization, while the quality of medical care also greatly enhance.
This study will import mobile dental imaging systems, by the convenience of the mobile device, convenient clinic staff photography completed image data in patients with moderate processing and modification, and try from the user's point of view, explore import mobile dental imaging system acceptance in the dental health care operations, the use of the technology acceptance model,To use a questionnaire survey, to know the affect in the future of health care workers for the mobile dental imaging, "easy to use cognitive" and "useful cognitive" and the "will" of use the system.
