新產品開發在現今瞬息萬變的環境中,對國家與企業的發展影響甚鉅。對國家而言,新產品開發是提高生產力、競爭力與經濟成長的動力;對企業而言新產品開發則是利潤創造、形象提昇與策略運用的主要來源。因此,新產品開發可謂是國家或企業提昇競爭力與創造競爭優勢所不得不重視的課題。 本研究以案例式推理(Case-Based Reasoning, CBR)的方式選擇現有新產品開發之專案參考資料庫的歷史專案,以縮短與改善新產品開發之流程與品質。從效率與效益的觀點為出發,以系統化的研究了解新產品開發各階段之新產品設計作業與新產品開發流程管理之整合性探討。並從案例式推理為研究心得方向,最後歸納研究心得與建議。
New product development is in the fast changing environment now, the development of the country and enterprise is much influenced the hard iron. As to country, new product development is the motive force of improving productivity, competitiveness and development in economy; it is created that new product development is the profit as to enterprise; the image promotes the main source used with the tactics. So, new product development that the country or enterprises promote the competitiveness with create and compete for the subject had to pay attention to of the advantage. This research is with case type reasoning (Case-Based Reasoning, choose the historical special project of the special project consulting database of existing new product development in way that CBR ), in order to shorten and improve the procedure and quality of new product development. From the view of efficiency and benefit in order to set out, find out about the merger discussions of new product design homework and new product development procedure management at every stage for new product development with systematized research. And in order to study the direction of gains from the case type reasoning (Case-Based Reasoning, CBR), sum up and study the gains and suggestion finally.
