六標準差管理活動在國內外風行方興未艾,其精神在於藉由過程管理的觀念提昇所有流程的品質達到世界級的水準。然而,六標準差的成功和績效的卓越不在於六標準差本身,而在於「黑帶」角色帶領專案團隊透過專案的執行所能發揮和呈現的效益及效率。所以,「六標準差黑帶認證制度」的實施對現行國內企業建構健全的六標準差管理制度,組織文化及協助產業轉型、提昇國際競爭力有絕對正面的價值和意義的。 本研究以國外相關單位團體已實施黑帶認證制度的實施辦法作為資料分析的基礎,透過問卷調查的方式,探討對六標準差黑帶認證制度的認知和看法,對象為國內接受過六標準差黑帶、綠帶、盟主訓練或參與過國內品質資格認證的個人,再針對問卷過程中的部份開放性問題進行專家訪談的工作,整理出黑帶認證辦法的項次條件要求,提供給產業界、舉辦黑帶培訓課程的單位團體、有意舉辦黑帶資格認證的單位團體和有意從事六標準差專案改善工作的個人做為努力的方向和參考的依據,為提昇國內六標準差管理的水準貢獻一份心力。
The management system of Six Sigma is popular and still growing in the world. The essence of Six Sigma is to be the best quality in the world through process management. But, to achieve the performance and success of Six Sigma is not based on itself. The key factor is the role of Black Belt who leads the project team to bring skill into full play for effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, the practice of the certified Black Belt system of Six Sigma may support the local business to set up the Six Sigma system, change the organization culture and upgrade the ability of competition in the world. This study is based on the information of certified BB for overseas business and consultant company, by way of questionnaire to study the point of view on certified system. The targets are the ones who have been trained for green belt, black belt, champion and individuals with certified qualification, and also interviewing experts, to marshal the way of six sigma black belt certification. This study is to contribute some efforts on upgrading the quality level of six sigma in Taiwan.
