消費性電子產品同步工程導入與縮短 研發時程之研究-以B公司為例

摘要


近年來,消費性電子產品的興盛,進而改變產業結構與消費者習慣。以往成功關鍵的因素,如品質及成本,已不能滿足顧客需要,如何快速將新穎、客製化的產品送達客戶手中,嚴然成為現今企業競爭的利基。 新產品的成功推出不但能為企業帶來利潤,強化企業的市場地位及競爭潛力,Apple 的iPod推出為良好證明,本研究採用定性研究的個案研究法,搭配文獻整理、訪談及相關個案比較與實務觀察的方式進行分析研究。探討如何利用同步工程、產品資料管理、電子化解決方案的導入來縮短研發時程之實務性做法、效益和因應對策。由探討得知: 1.新產品研發過程中導入同步工程、產品資料管理、電子化解決方案對消費性電子產業提升公司綜合競爭力有正面影響,如產品研發時間縮短2至3個月,成本減少12%,初期量產良率提昇10%等。 2.消費性電子產品縮短研發時程關鍵成功因素如下:標準且具彈性的研發專案管理流程、適當的績效衡量指標、成員的團體合作,同步工程的實踐、共通化及標準化的實施、主管支持及關鍵核心技術的掌握。 3.同步工程、產品資料管理推行應考慮之問題如下:企業推動同步工程有賴於全體員工之共識及有效的執行、必須考慮系統化整合的問題,以建立標準化開發專案管理模組來提昇研發專案管理能力。總之良好的新產品開發過程管理不僅提升企業競爭力,更能讓企業永續發展。 關鍵詞:消費性電子產品、同步工程、產品資料管理

In recent years, The booming of consumer electronics product had been lead to the changing of industrial structure and consumer taste. The factor that it is key to succeed in the past, Such as quality and cost cannot satisfy consumer needs nowadays. The competing among industrial is on the good service provide novelty and customization on delivering new product speed. Successful on introducing new product not only bring high profit to the industry, and also giving advantage on market share and increase of competitive level. iPod from Apple is a good example in this case. The methodology used in this research are case study, survey interviewing and comparing among few cases. Research had been done on the phase-in of concurrent engineering, product data management and electronically solving method in the objective of shorten the product development period hence give more time efficiency. The results are: 1.Concurrent engineering, product data management and electronically solving method are giving positive effect on competing of consumer electronics product companies. for instance, the time of research and development of products shortens 2 to 3 months, the cost reduces by 12%, the yield rate has increased 10% in first mass production . 2.The short time in development of consumer electronics product is due to: standardize and flexibleness of management flow on development case, suitable of measurement target level, the co-operation among team members, the practicing of concurrent engineering, practicing of common objective and standardization, supporting from management and the mastering of technology. 3.Phase-in of concurrent engineering and product data management have to concern about: The objective will be only reached if the whole team have the common target additional to the effective implementation and consideration on confirmation systematically. These factors can raise the management ability of case development managing module. As a conclusion, the development process of a upstanding new product will raise the competition among industrial and further more the company continuous development.
